Complete mismanaged dump. Nice beers 3/4 of the way full. Waiting for service from bartender who's also waiting on other people... being seated not at the bar. Steak was rare, ordered medium well. They Took it back to recook same steak. Supposedly got newpotatoes and esparigus but it was the same plate. They literally took it in the back and recooked the nasty steak threw it backon the plate and gave it back to me. AVOID THIS MISMANAGEMENT DUMPSTER. Read more

Let me start out by saying our waitress was amazing, I can't remember her name but she was also the bartender. (My husband and I... went last night) She was funny and very attentive. Here comes the bad part....the food was disgusting!! I got the honey chickendrizzle and the chicken was as flat as it could be hard and dry, my husband thought it was a pork chop. I've had it before at adifferent one and it was big fluffy and flavorful. My French fries were room temperature. My husband had the pork chop and steakwhich was also disgusting, everything was room temperature. His steak didn't have any flavor his pork chop was dry. But I willsay the bread was good. LoL That was about it. Our waitress made it right even though she didn't have to we were not looking fora handout we just wanted her to know that it could have been a lot better. As we were leaving she kept apologizing and asked usto please come back so that they could redeem themselves. The weird part was the manager never came up to us or asked us howeverything was nothing I saw her walk by but she never even came to us to access the situation but thanks to the waitress shemade everything right!!!! Update: August 10, 22. I really like this place and will definitely go back, but it wasn't as good as usual. I had the small... sirloin as I often do, but it was oddly salty. So ironic because i was going to ask them tonight how they prepare the steak so Icould do it at home. It's not my favorite cut, but it is so good here, usually. Maybe it was just a new cook or the cook havinga bad day. I'll see how it is next time. I had Cole slaw for the first time and it was just so so. The veggies were fresh andcrisp, but the dressing was blah. Tonight was the cobbler special (every Wednesday). I had apple with a scoop of vanilla. It wasgood. We ate here yesterday for the first time we generally go to the one in Reynoldsburg. We were so disappointed, I brought my... daughter and granddaughter to this one because we were car shopping in the area. Our waitress wasn?t very attentive but the realissue wasn?t her it was the food. The shrimp appetizer was so heavily breaded and so much Buffalo sauce we couldn?t even tell itwas shrimp inside. The potato soup was not even edible, The chicken fingers were tough and dry. The steak wasn?t flavorful.
