Went with a group of 5. Had a wait time of about 15-20 minutes to be seated. The place was clean and smelled of good food. We... ordered appetizers and entrees for our meal to eat there and ordered dessert and some take home to go. Kelly made our experiencewonderful! She was very familiar with the menu. She made the birthday boy feel celebrated. Kelly had taken really good care ofus. She was everything a server should be and more! I dined in today for lunch, and I had a very pleasant experience. My server, Tonya H., made me feel valued as a customer, and... she provided exceptional service despite there being a staff shortage. We had a large party come in for dinner, and our waitress, Jamie B, served us all like a champ! She was knowledgeable of the... menu items, attentive, and genuinely friendly and fun to talk to. She felt like part of our group, honestly! We were all jokingback and forth and sharing stories with one another. Please make sure to let her know how much we appreciated her adding to ourwonderful family evening out! On top of outstanding service from Jamie, all of our dinners were delicious and well cooked, andall of our substitutions and requests were accurate. We never had to ask for refills or additional toppings/condiments, and allof our mid-meal orders for different drink options, more rolls, etc., were brought to us almost immediately. I?ve been a loyal consumer of O?Charley?s since the late 90?s; it did its job as a young teenager and it still does as adult and... parent. Are you going to be blown away by the offerings, decor, and flavor palette? No. But ain?t why you go to the OC. Thepeople go to the OC for those crispy a** tenders and the warm but?tree rolls. Anything else is your fault (lbvs). The in-lawswanted to come in town to see their granddaughter so this was a perfect chill lunch options for everyone. The adults all atewell (various shrimp platters, tenders and sides) and the little one had?well everything but the real winner of the day was thecotton candy fizz (sprite with a side of cotton candy the children can add to the drink). First of all let me say this. I just got this salad a few days ago and loved it so I ordered it again today. Well. First of all... I found an orange in my ceaser dressing, I looked past that. As I'm eating my salad I bit on something hard and it was a peiceof plexiglass. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for a manager. Meagan got on the phone very rude. I then asked forthe corporate number and she rudely told me to hold. After being on hold Meagan never got on the phone, she sent the roadsideserver back on the phone to give me the number. I never right reviews but this needs to be shared! Asked for medium well steak and this is what they gave me. It was still cold... where the blood was coming out from. I took one bite and cut the rest of the steak open to see the middle of it. Asked for aManger and when she got to our table she asked my pregnant daughter sitting across from me what the problem was? Never addressedherself or her name! Said she would fix the problem with a discount. Gets the tab receipt and she took off $10 from our total!My meal was $25.99! Asked for her to come back and why she only took off $10 she says it looked like I ate alot of it! Didn'tknow I should have took a picture of my food before eating it to have to show her! Now I wish I did! Didn't eat the loaded smashpotatoes because they put onions on them which I never asked for! Asked for a baked potato but of course they were out of. Thehubby came to get the ribs but they were out of! Pregnant daughter was craving the fried pickles but guess what? They where outof that too! Wish we would have left when the hostess wiped our table down and laid our menus on the wet table which got stuckto the table and they had to scrap them off and give us another table to sit at.
