I order online on a regular basis and I always make sure to put on my online orders to add extra sweet and sour sauce. Every... time I go to pick up my order there?s only a small amount of sauce packets in the bag. Whenever I ask for more sauce the workerscatch an attitude and don?t even give the extra sauce only 2 or 3 packets. If the extra sauce is free and I ask for extra sauceGIVE ME THE EXTRA SAUCE! If your going to be stingy about how many sauce packets a person can have then charge them for it. Iwill gladly pay for some more sauce. Read more

I hate doing this but they Keep forgetting to put in my eggroll/spring roll in after I payed for them, and I donate there too.... But that becomes a slap in the face because it's like they care more about taking your money than making sure your order iscomplete. Which, shame on me that's every business ever. I should know better but dang. Read more

There were 2 people ahead of us in line when we walked in and about 7 cars in the drive thru, ALL 7 cars went thru the drive,... WITH their order, and we were still waiting to be helped. Finally the lady that was helping fill the drive thru orders, asked ifshe could help us. (cuz she knew had been waiting a while) Thank you (to her) she was busting her @$$ Read more

Great consistent stop for Asian American style food. Definitely designed 5o fit the American palate and the helpings are huge. ... Plus the convenience of the drive thru is a nice touch. I highly recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, HoneySesame Chicken & the Beijing Beef! Wish that the hours were later for a nice late night snack option. Read more

It usually never goes wrong with Panda Express for me. Orange chicken and Teriyaki chicken is my all time favorite. I am... surprised that this location is letting only drive through. Single plate with 1 entree is good enough if you are hungry. I wouldsuggest to get single plate with 2 entrees if you are starving. Their veggie rols are alright but I am not a fan of them though. This will definitely will be on my "Quickie" list. Read more

Typical Panda Express location, with delicious food!! The best deal we've found is the $29 family meal, which we purchased on... this trip. The only reason I didn't rate this location five stars is that I ordered (and received) one regular "plate" inaddition to our family meal, but I was charged for a "bigger plate." Didn't notice until I got home with this take-out order. Itwas probably an innocent mistake, but I hate that places always "upsell" you, sometimes without you even asking! Insider tip:Keep your receipt and take the online survey that's printed at the bottom. It will earn you a free entree item! Totally worthtwo minutes of your time. Read more

The beef broccoli had maybe 4 pieces of beef and a ton of broccoli. I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I also ordered the... orange chicken. I do not recommend the beef and broccoli. Read more

It's food. Columbus is home to several excellent Chinese restaurants. Panda Express is not one of them. If you are hungry, this... place will do in a pinch, but you're better off eating somewhere else. The Hamilton Road location is kid-friendly, with highchairs. It is also ADA compliant. Read more
