Dined in at Panda Express of Easton Town center in Columbus, Ohio. The experience was overall mediocre, but what led me to write... this review was the rude and unprofessional customer service by the cashier Angelica. She had a bad attitude through the entireexchange while even raising her voice at me jn frustration when i asked for napkins. My pregnant friend asked for a refill ofher water cup and she refused to serve her it. It was shocking that she would represent this company who's food I usually enjoy. Read more
Always an extremely long line, line staff is beyond slow, monotone, and the work ethic is absurd. Just waited about an hour... because my daughter enjoys their food. Options were very limited and not fresh. This location needs major help. Read more
It's the mall. So be prepared for a long line at certain times (especially weekends). But with long lines...means food is always... being cooked and your order should be hot/fresh 90% of the time. If you can do a triple entree, I recommend (1) Orange Chicken(2) Honey Walnut Shrimp - $150 extra and (3) SweetFire Chicken if you like a lilttle salty/sweet type of entree. My son was de facto fired from this location for refusing to come to work while quarantineng at home, after a positive covid-19... test, with a high fever and full blown symptoms. Refused to break quarantine, to come to work a job in food service, at a busymall. It that's the way management rolls in this case, pardon me if I have little faith in their commitment to the rest of thehealth code. Read more
