I and my son brexton often frequent Panera breads in the area looking for family fun, especially after my husband, Gertrude left... us. Sadly this Panera offers soggy smoothies, stale Mac and cheese, and subpar tap water. All of the above were slightlydisappointing but overall manageable until the waiter (jennifer) brought some nasty, NASTy tap water to our table. Every morning that I go to retrieve my coffee is a gamble Will there be coffee/ tea? Will there be cups? How about sugar, lids,... straws and sleeves? The majority of staff are kind and courteous.... I just don't understand who's ordering! Read more
For some reason, this location doesn't have a rapid pick up, and forces you to wait in line in order to get your drink order.... Unsure how ordering ahead or on their tablets help with wait time when you're still forced to wait in line for the cashier tohand you the drink. It feels like Panera is behind in times compared to other stores in comparison, and unsure why they decidedto regress instead of moving forward like their competition. Read more

I visited this location because my grandmother was admitted over at the James, and she just wanted a simple BLT. Upon ordering... and seeing that a BLT was almost $13 for only a sandwich I requested a manager. This Managers name is Jordan. And I cannot sayenough about how he handled the situation. Clean location, very nice staff. Not too crowded at the time I went (about 10:30 am in a Friday). It was chilly that morning and... their fireplace was going. I ordered online the chicken frontega sandwich with a small mac and cheese and let me just be honest, i would not pay 5 dollars... for the food I got. The sandwich had about 3 grams worth of "chicken" on it and one small ring of an onion. The sandwich was 97%bread and was smashed to hell. The mac and cheese was just half filled and it cost me 7 dollars for that atrocity. Paneraclaiming to be the best is the most incorrect statement known to man.
