There must be a scarcity on mushrooms in this restaurant because the only topping I ordered is mushrooms and they acted like... they were scared to put any on there!!. Come on guys... they come out of a can, it's not like you even have to cut them! Thewings are only as big as my knuckle. One big bite if you're lucky.... I ordered a side of pepperoncinis and they put only Oneextra one in my box... You shouldn't even have charged me for that! Huge waste of $30 that I could have went to the grocerystore and ate off of for almost a week. Support your local mom and pop pizza places,.. these millionaires don't give a s***about the quality of their food or value! Neither do the people they hire.. Read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The staff is completely incompetent. They will mess your order up 100% of the time.... The pizzas are always both overcooked and cut wrong, and they will without a doubt forget something. It?s like they physicallycan?t make a pizza right. Read more

Lol terrible experience. You're 8 minutes down the road, cancelled my order without notice- I had to call 2 hours later. we're... going on multiple hours ... Business model is trash. Stay away! They robbed me! I will never order from any Papa Johns again! I ordered 2 pizzas on 2/15/22 for delivery. They... delivered 1 pizza. I told the driver. He checked the receipt and said I was correct and he would be right back with the otherone. I waited an hour. I then tried calling the store. It would ring and ring and ring. Get put on hold automatically. This happened to me 4 times that night. I then called the corporate complaint number. Explained everything to them. They saidthey would forward to their management team and I would hear back. I haven't heard anything yet and it's now 3/10/22. A fewdays after all that, I got the automated e-mail wanting a review. I explained everything in the review and it then told me thata rep would be contacting me. Never happened. A few days later, I get another automated email asking me how the resolutionwent with my issue. I put in that it hasn't been resolved. It told me that someone would be contacting me. I still have notbeen contacted by corporate or this store. They charged me for 2 pizzas, delivered 1 and then the store and the corporateoffice have done nothing but ghost me. Never ever again. How could this be a world wide company with this kind of customerservice?!?! Read more

Paid $42 for two pizzas. Delivery order wasnt correct. One pizza was completely wrong. The sticker on the box listed our order... but the pizza was not correct. I called the store and was super nice about it. The guy that answered asked me if I orderedonline. I said yes. He said anything ordered online is my fault not his. I tried to explain that the sticker was correct bit itwas clearly put on the wrong box. He said there was nothing he could do and literally hing up on me. I was so upset. I calledback to ask for a manager, he answered again and stated he was the manager. I asked for his first name and he said he doesn'thave to give me that information and hing up on me again. I will NEVER or Papa Johns again. I've never been treated so bad. Read more

bought a large order for my coworkers and myself. delivery driver carried it sideways and squashed all the pizzas. called the... restaurant and they told me to call corporate. corporate told me the restaurant should be handling it. eventually received anemail from the manager, I responded, and they never answered. no refund no credit nothing. order from somewhere else.
