The worst sandwich I have ever had. Don't waste your time or money, I could'nt find the meat. All lettuce tomato and cheese,... cold bacon and their "fresh cut french fries'...they must have cooked them in the early part of the day and dropped them in thefrier at least 2 to 3 times to heat them up (limp and burnt). I hate to write a bad review on Penn Station because it's usually really good at other locations, but this location has an... employee issue. As I was paying, the lady had just come back from either the bathroom or out back and it was a strong potoder.... Without saying anything about it to my wife she said she wouldn't be able to take our daughter to the bathroom herebecause it smelled like someone had just smoked pot in there. After that I was really disappointed with what I sawafterwards... Just shouting at one employee who looked as if he was doing all the work while pot lady just sat on her phoneeating and drinking behind the counter and literally coughing all over the place without covering it or washing her hands...alsoas we were eating, like a car crash I couldn't look away once I started noticing things.... During all the "trips" out back Ididn't see anyone wash their hands... They would use the cash register with their prep gloves on and just proceed to continueprepping food. I hope this reaches the owner, you need to be better... These are your employees and you shouldn't let thishappen. And I don't want to fill out your survey so don't respond to this with a copy and paste message you have responded toevery other review with... If they do then whoever is reading this will know management doesn't take feedback seriously. Nothing but our disappointment in tonight's service. Read more
There sandwiches are great... the French fries are so good.
10/23/22 around 7pm You could tell immediately that the two people working didn?t really want to be there. (Maybe that?s why... the sign was turned off and we were the only ones in there) The girl who took our order never said ?can I help you ?or anythingunless you asked a question first. Our sandwich?s were sloppily made and the ingredients were mediocre at best especially forthe price. The fries were cold and obviously pre-made. Not the typical Penn Station experience. Ps. I don?t care if it?s afashion trend, but the metal balls hanging out of the nostrils are disgusting no matter who you are or where you go. Read more
Our chef was a beautiful high school aged person who made us fantastic food but also made us feel good about ourselves.
Me and my cousin were starving beside it to get a quick sub before we go home I?m tired and I live both employees were so rude... at the store they told us we have to wait 15 to 20 minutes until the floor dry because they just swiped it and as you seen thepictures of the french fries they?ve been cooked at least three times they completely dry and uneatable the subs I requested itto be grilled unfortunately it wasn?t so luckily we was behind a Chinese place we are them to different food and it was waycheaper than what we pay there I will not suggest it to anyone Read more

Wow. Growing up on Penn Station in Cincy, I have the occasional craving that must be satisfied. Went to the Bethel Rd store I've... been going to since it opened in Columbus. The only positive part of the experience is that they didn't fight me on the refund.We paid $46 for 2 large sandwiches, 2 large drinks and a large fry. Both sandwiches were ordered with extra meat and hubsordered extra veggies on his Philly steak. Saw the steak before they put it through the warmer and immediately asked them toremake it. There was hardly any meat or veggies. The second sandwich was thinner than the first! I couldn't believe that waseven possible. Needless to say, I took exception at the price vs quality and asked for a refund. Left completely unsatisfied.That's the last time I'll go there. Way to lose a lifelong customer. Read more
