Service was terrible, there was an extremely rude woman on the phone when I called who hung up because I had a question. when I... showed up to order some food, the question came up as I was making my sub sandwich because believe it or not, my question wasabout their menu, imagine that. When I asked it then she said I shouldn't be asking such stupid questions. I literally justwanted to know if they make the meat there fresh, what is wrong with that?!?! Read more

Food is good but over 20$ for a sandwich combo(( small)) ( they don't have combos ?) More for large size drinks and fry's! And... the cookies, but it's pretty good . The atmosphere has seemed to get worse over the years unfortunately Read more

The food was awesome. The head manager was yelling on the phone at someone who was calling off. Talk about her other employees.... we was passing through for game day. All is customers now know that his lady and DJ calls off all the time. Read more

The food was pretty good. The establishment was filthy. Ground is really sticky from not being mopped properly. Doors were open... to the back closet/kitchen area, looked really disorganized. Staff were somewhat standoffish, but the last server was friendly.Placing an order in store took a while to receive the food, I recommend ordering ahead if you're constrained on time. Read more

This location used to be pretty good, but mom & I went there yesterday & it was dirty. A layer of filth (grease from the fryers,... is my guess) was on the drink station, the station also needed stocked, there were no napkins. There were 5 or 6 employees backthere (including a manager), screaming & laughing; I'm glad they were having fun, but paying attention to the customers right infront of you is part of your job. We had to wait for nearly 5 minutes at the second register. One of the women had falseeyelashes & incredibly long press on nails. I used to work in fast food & we were NOT allowed either of those because they couldfall in the food. The food was good, but mom got hardly any meat on her sub. Mine was fine. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Maybe it's just this location but Penn Station used to be my favorite sub place. Not... after today. I ordered online and my pickup was 10 minutes late despite the place basically being empty. I could deal withthat if the quality was even half way decent. My whole order was a mess but my biggest complaint is about a regular Italian Igot for my dad. I was charged 1.69 for EACH extra meat and cheese for a total of 6.76 just for the extras. I don't mind payingbut I expect to get my money's worth. Does this look like a $17.00 sandwich? Read more

Our family loves Penn Station. The fries are fresh cut and cooked to order and sandwiches made properly taste great. This... particular location is hit or miss, however. Depends on who is working if you'll get decent service and your order madecorrectly. We do like the food and order here regularly, but as mentioned, 1/10 times, your order may be screwed up or the staffwill seem like they don't care about you being there whatsoever. Update: only taking away one star because the food IS goodwhen made properly, but them getting the orders right is so inconsistent. Staff is not in uniform a lot of the time, some wearthe same gloves they use on register to touch food, employees are frequently arguing amongst one another or seem confused aboutwhat is going on, in general. Today I had to take food back because half of my order was someone else's food. I feel bad for theperson who's food I got, they were there before I even got there the first time to pick up my order, and were still there when Iwent back. While I was there, 3 guests came in to order, were ignored, and thusly, left. This location is just gradually goingdownhill. I try to have some sympathy for fast food workers, I've worked at a couple and I've been there. Some days aren'tgreat, I get that, but when it's a consistent issue, something clearly needs to change.
