ate here this evening and my 8 month old spilled my wife's food everywhere and I felt horrible I've worked in the restaurant... business for over 13 years and I swore I'd never let my kids make a mess like the ones I've seen. big shout to the Hispanicmanager sorry I didn't get your name but thank you for making that situation so much less stressful for us your awesome! it'salways nice you get same kindness you put out even after you've left the industry. The food was decent. What left an impression on me however was the customer service. The lady taking our order was very nice.... When we sat down the guy cleaning up came to our table asked us if we needed anything. Thanked us for coming as if we did him afavor personally. All around all of the employees were really nice. My friend and I stayed a little on the late side like 10minutes beyond closing time, the employee were still very nice to us. So I say what made the experience were the workers more sothan the food. So I'd definitely be coming back. And I'll be a little more thoughtful time wise! Haha Read more
Disgusted by my experience! First and foremost there where food safety violations which I photographed. There where employees... standing on the front line where they prepare food drinking drinks over the food. The guy who helped me ( also the one drinkinga drink over the food) was rude to me when I asked for the Keto bowl that I eat every single day at work from Piada. He actedlike he didn't know what I was talking about so I showed him the site. So then he kept asking me if I mean parmesan salad as ifI clearly could not read th words Keto BLT. So I ended up with a salad that wasn't what I wanted. Lastly the same rude employeewho was drinking over the food area made my meatballs he threw my meatballs in a bowl with no cheese. WeI had the biggest blessing one could ever ask for .Are amazing dinner was paid for by some very kind Christian gentleman. My... gift cards wasn't scanning and we only had 20 dollars in cash so we had no choice but to turn around and figure something elseout even though we was excited for are first time eating there and then That's when God shows up and uses this kind man hekindly pays for r food and then refuses to take the twenty we did have them turns around and gives us a Lil picture 9f JesusI'm still blown away by his generosity The ???? could definitely use more people like him God Bless him please The food wasamazing and very much appreciated So thank You God for all the blessings u give us ????Amen Read more
BEXLEY PIADA PUT BACON IN MY FOOD WHEN I AM STRICT VEGETARIAN OF OVER 20 YEARS AND MADE ME EXTREMELY SICK. This is completely... unacceptable, you can?t put BACON in a VEGETARIAN?S food. This just happened a couple weeks after the EASTON PIADA STOLE MYMONEY AFTER REFUSING A REFUND WHEN THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE MY PICK UP ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE ?CLOSED? even though I placed theorder at 6:50pm for 9pm pick up. I had to dispute with my CC company. I tried to give Piada another chance at a differentlocation thinking maybe the absolute rudeness and thieves I experienced was maybe just a problem at Easton. I was wrong. Thewhole company is horrible. Corporate does not respond to calls, emails, or online form submissions. Your company is a joke andI will NEVER eat a Piada again. Stealing money and hiding meat in vegetarian food are some of the WORST problems I couldimagine. We had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It is definitely not authentic Italian... street food, but still a delicious american-italian option. The cannoli chips were not my favorite, but my husband likedthem. The place was nice and quite when we arrived, but it got packed pretty quickly at 4pm with the line going all the way tothe door, so it is definitely a popular culinary destination! Read more
