Ordered fries from here like I do from Parsons Ave pizza hut and a third of the fries in the same size container. They are 2.99... and I got the same amount of fries as McDonald's off the dollar menu. Since it is by weight (so they said) then that means theyare tipping the scale so that they can order less fries but profit the same. Just fully close already. Read more
Update: this place is closed. Calling the phone number will verify this. We ordered stuffed crust and it was flatter than any... crust I have ever had. Then they made a pan pizza and it was ok. Ordered a pizza for carryout. I got there at the time they said and they forgot to make the pizza. This is the second time this... has happened at a Pizza Hut. When asked for my money back I was told that they couldn't do that their general manager had to doit. The Pizza Hut on North High Street was a 1 hour wait. Do not order from this location. I called and spoke with manager who said his name was Mason regarding the over baked pizza and... chicken wings. He proceeded to tell me he saw my order before it left for delivery and it was not over done. I almost lost it. I mean, I was shocked because he is technically calling me a liar. I could tell he was young and probably was not well trainedin customer service. So I told him I was sorry if he was having a bad day and don?t mean to add to it, but the pizza was burntand the wings burnt so bad that the meat was dry and pulled away from the bone. He again was unapologetic and told me the ovensare on a timer and my order was not burnt. Then after a long pause of silence, I said I live close and would be happy to bringthis food back and show him or send pics. Again he tried to technically call me a liar. At this point I gave him a piece of mymind and asked his name. This man/boy needs a course in customer service. We paid almost $40 for hard rock burnt crunchy pizzathat we had to throw away. 11/1/21? Placed an online order, got a call from a manager stating they were out of melts but that I had been banned from ordering there... due to an issue with an employee and an extended family member of mine.
