My go to spot for healthy juices and smoothies. The bowls are too sweet for my taste.
Really been trash my past few visits. Worker at register will just help person before me and hold conversation as if I am not... standing there and will finally ask if I need help after a minute or two. Tried this as a recommendation from my friend and it was very good! I really loved the couple of times I got it but started to... notice an inconsistency in their quality of fruit and portions. Inconsistency with food is one of my biggest pet peeves and Ihaven?t gone in a while because of that. This was the place that introduced me to açaí bowls and I was thoroughly impressedand enjoyed it so much. I just wished there was some consistency with the food and also not having a sticky bowl lol. I visited this establishment on January 3. I went to the register and placed my order to go. I sat down at a table to wait for... my order. She announced my name and when I went over to pick up my order she said here's your food and just threw it up on thecounter. I said it was to go. ROLLS EYES. So she puts the lid on it and just tosses back on the counter and says "if you want itbagged well there's the bags". Very unprofessional. Very rude. I was just about to take my tip back. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I have several friends who have worked here who stated the owner's children make comments... such as "I hope they have their epi-pen" when making a bowl that was supposed to have no nuts. I have celiac, and I have beentold they do not care and were making fun of people who cannot eat gluten and would fling granola around everywhere, not caringif it contaminated another bowl. The behavior is unacceptable, and Columbus health needs to do something about it. Every time Ieat here, I get a celiac reaction. My friends who all have allergies will no longer eat here due to the behavior, not just theemployee's exhibit, but the literal children of the owner. It is disgusting, and something needs to be done about it. Read more
