The vegetarian tacos are amazing! Just sub black beans instead of meat, add cheese and sour cream. Great salsa also.
I was going to give this place one star as it subpar in every sense of the word. Atmosphere, drinks, menu, etc. The margaritas... were clearly some premix nonsense that taste like syrup and 0% tequila. No chips and salsa at the table is also a big strike.However, the biggest negative is the menu. It's tiny! They give you a giant sheet but half of it is chips and various dips. Theonly reason that I thought it was worth two stars, the food was actually pretty decent and the house made hot sauce was verygood and flavorful. I would only recommend this place in a pinch, otherwise Columbus has much better to offer. Read more
Fajitas had a little different smell that I noticed as soon as I opened it. The steak was gray and not charred at all. Just a... little thing of rice and toppings. It was pretty pricey too. Disappointed. Read more
This is an ok Mexican place near the OSU campus. Very good deals and cheap drinks. The food is not super traditional but it?s... pretty good. Waitstaff is friendly and the crowd is mostly OSU students. Read more
Easily the best margarita I've ever had. How it could be both the tastiest and strongest I've had is a mystery best left... unsolved. The veggie burrito I had was exceptional, the service was great (despite there being only 1 server for the wholehouse), and the atmosphere was perfect- topped off with a fun and classic soundtrack. I went for an early dinner (5pm) on a Wednesday and had the place to myself. The food was quite tasty and the portions were very... generous. I'm a big eater and even I couldn't finish everything. Not for lack of trying, though. I particularly enjoyed onething that most people find trivial in a Mexican restaurant: The rice. It had a delicate flavor, not too spicy or overpoweringand it was nice to see lima beans in the mix along with the usual minced vegetables. This is my favorite Mexican place in town. I always get the steak tacos because they are fatty. In addition, their Margarita... makes you tipsy right away. So, careful! The lunch specials are great. For 8 dols you get one of the following dishes (see picsattached). And, before your meal, there is homemade nachos. Hopefully the guacamole car is close and you can place an order. Read more
