We ordered over the phone. Nothing was ordered special, just exactly as it is on the menu. We picked up our order. When we got... home the order was not correct. I was missing my sides and my husband was missing the tortillas for his meal. We tried calling(they were still open for an hour) and no one answered the phone. We called multiple times. It went to a voicemail that wasfull/not working. I sent a Facebook message as well which they replied the next day to say they would speak with the manager andget back to me about the mishap. They never did get back to me. We decided to eat the food even with disappointment. When I bitin I realized they stuffed my sides inside the burrito. I have no idea why they did that. I did not ask for that to be done. IfI were dining in I?d ask them to remake that. Also, my husbands food was so salty he couldn?t enjoy it. This place is not worth the money it costs. Service was beyond slow and the server didn?t bring out all of our food... collectively. They over season with salt way to much and it?s disgustingly greasy. This is not authentic Mexican food by anymeans. What really took the cake was when I had finished some of my Pepsi I noticed my cup was coated in something and when Ibrought it up to the manager he said ?It?s okay it?s just cinnamon it happens? The server could?ve at least washed it out. I?mpregnant so it easily made me nauseous. I?m usually not a Karen but this is really unacceptable. I won?t even be able go backbecause it was so off putting. We wouldn?t accept any offers for free food in the future. Despite this experience we left ourwaiter a nice tip and was happy just to go. The food was really good and so were the margaritas. While the service is more like Mexican casual (speed), Norma and the other... staff did their best to take excellent care of us. My only suggestion would be for you to order your margaritas by the half orfull pitcher. Our half pitcher filled both glasses to the top with plenty left for my warm-up and we?re cheaper than two glassesalone. I wish I had room for dessert, but no such luck. Read more

I like this place. The service and hospitality are very good. Their steak is salty though it is well seasoned, so I think... overall its great. We don't really venture out too much on Mexican food but their quesadilla is awesome. Best I've had before! Read more
