Ordered an Chili Dog for the very first time + the Sauce (that was pretty much poured All over it), that stuff looked like... something you'd see on The Walking Dead ~ I Mean, Don't Get Me Wrong, this location ain't bad, the Ladies that work theDrive-Thru are Incredibly Nice + I love Love LOVE Rally's Wicked Strawberry Ice Cream, but I will never ever order another'Walking Dead Chili Dog', as long as I live!! lol Read more

I absolutely love Rally's and the fact that Rally's is open when I get off of work around 3rd shift id a plus to me. My issue is... the food is inconsistently fresh and hot. I go to Rally's at least four to five times a month and it's very irritating that Idon't get my money's worth. I know what you're saying why do you keep going to Rally's because I don't think about not going toRally's until I'm already in line. Lol. They can't even get a simple item correct. I love the chicken sandwich and I asked for aslice of cheese on top I always forget to check if they give me cheese on my chicken sandwich and they rarely do. ???? Read more
Why the hell would one think it's okay to wipe mayo off a sandwich for a person who is allergic to it and ordered without... mayo?!? . That wasn't even done right either! My sandwich was sitting in tons of mayo and soggy with slimy lettuce! This placeused to be on point. Let down do many times in recent months. Oh AND IT'S NOT OKAY TO THROW FRIES BACK IN THE OIL TO REHEATTHEM! The customer service is Amazing! The Manager Ms.Gene is so nice and understanding. We go there for the fries and strawberry... shakes for my kids. My daughter has Autism and she wants her fries immediately and they get my order ready fast. Read more
Food was alright. For me spicy chicken sandwich was little dry. Staff was friendly.
Waited almost a half an hour in the drive-thru line for two burgers and two fries. There were only three cars ahead of us and... there is no way to leave the drive-thru unless you wanted to climb a curb and drive through a grassy area. I understand manybusinesses are having a hard time finding people to work but when you don't even apologize that it took so long it's a littlebit aggravating. I will not go back there. Read more
