The room was nice. We were staying here for a conference, and the free breakfast offered for the conference could have been... better. The location was very convenient because it was within walking distance from so many things to do. I would stay hereagain. Read more

The hotel was nice. It was older and a few things were updated but many were not. Some of the lamps in the room did not work. I... has to run an extension cord across the room to plug in my computer because they had the cofee pot and refrigerator plugged intothe outlets near the desk. Also candy was spilled all over the floor by the window by a previous occupant and it was notcleaned up prior to my stay. The breakfast was very expensive and there were out of fruit, with very few healthy options. Read more

They only have valet parking $$ . In witch they did a fabulous job having our car ready to go out for dinner and in the am when... we werrr ready to go. So I guess I can?t complain about the valet. The breakfast servers were on it but the food served was not.$$ buffet style and it was not hot. The room bedding and air quality was great. So I slept good. A nice full mirror in thesleeping area but no lighting near it. Read more

Upon check-in, we learned there was no AC. The staff never offered a discount for the inconvenience - we had to ask. I booked... this hotel solely for the rooftop pool and it was a complete disappointment. The pool furniture is old with paint chilling awayon the loungers and the cushions are not maroon, but grey and worn out - falsely represented in the internet images. There wereno towels when the pool opened and no food or service. It?s time to update this entire hotel to be honest. It clearly has beenneglected. The rooms are run down and frankly were not very clean. Read more

My room had hair on bathroom wall and towel rack was broken. Called to have that fixed came back to room door was left propped... open and towel rack was not fixed. Next night toilet stopped working. Finally moved me to different room. That room was smallerwith smaller bed, bathroom floor was dirty and had used soap bar in shower. Asked for a partial refund or reduced price. Managersaid they couldn't do anything because I had gone through Expedia. Next day talked to another manager, she said we would getpoints back to use later. Would take a couple days to show up. Two weeks later and nothing. Very poorly run hotel. Read more

Breakfast ???? is not stellar: Fruit has no taste, pancakes are toaster variety that are served frozen, then thawed out... eventually in food warmers. Shower ???? water was completely cut off at 10pm, and was not available again until 5 am.??????????? With no warning. Pool was fun, open air, 4th floor. Pool tables/Chairs are worn. You have to go down to front deskand get a wristband for every person in ur party deciding to swim, which is a little inconvenient. There was not enough cleantowels in the rooms. Normally there is a set of 4, only a set of two available. Entire hotel seemed as if it has seen betteryears. degrading tint film on glass makes it hard to see out the window. Read more

So I'm here on business and the company has made reservations. The company had not paid for the rooms because of some confusion... to our reservations. We called our travel office and they guaranteed payment. However, the attendant was very reluctant togive us rooms unless we place it on our personal card and then have the company reimburse us. Mind you this is a fortune 500company that keeps its commitments. We only had a three hours before we had to travel onward. Anyway 2 hours later theyreceived the authorization and then the attendant offered the rooms. My colleague accepted but I declined because our limo wasdue in 30min. I will be writing this event to our company and hopefully we drop this hotel for I got no rest but aggravation. So much for customer satisfaction or working to resolve issues. Horrible job I would have expected better. Read more
