Food delivered to table within 10-15 minutes. The waiter came to refill our drinks. You can play games on the table kiosk for... 1.99, which was entertaining. You can also use the "Call Server" option on the kiosk at the table and it works. It alerts yourserver. The food was really good and the wings were cooked completely, even with the size, where surprising I wouldn't suggestthat they need to be well done when fried. We tried coming months ago & the wait was too long- so yesterday was our first time here. However we called ahead to make sure... there was enough seating. Kendrick answered & to our surprise he stated it was a slow night. Kendrick was also our server … hestarted off phenomenal but slowly declined as the night went on. Our order took a lil long to come out - for it to be a slownight. No worries…. Once our order came out food was COLD A for the presentation but -F for the taste. We weren’t suppliednapkins/ wet wipes for our hands - which is very important for the process of eating BBQ, Kendrick dropped the food off & wedidn’t see him again until we were done. No refills, he didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted refills. A lot of the staffstood around & ate. The restaurant did appear clean but the overall visit was just bad. We were offered free donuts uponcompletion of a review. We decided to skip the donuts & review once we had departed the restaurant. First time - Last time.Kendrick word of advice just periodically check on your guest. And if you see empty glasses at the end of the table , offer arefill. Pretty simple. Read more
Our visit to Smokey Bones was a total mess. Not sure if this was usual Service or pandemic staff. They did cater to a large... party but to start, one of the waiter (he wasn't our waiter)but he bought menus tossed them on the table. Another 2 waiters tookour orders, one took drinks another the foods. Drinks were ok as long as it was the usual(soda, water, etc). The foodsordering went well, but the foods......I ordered a slab or ribs, looked delicious I requested them to cut. They came backsomeone pulled them apart and threw back on the plate....looked like a They were feeding scraps to the dog. There was a Salmonsalad and the salmon was still swimming. Mac and cheese taste like they did not rinse the noodles. There was some bonelesschicken that was not very pleasing. We got our food before our silverware. We ordered specialty drinks from the bar w ourwaiter w the food ,we got those after all the food was delivered and we ate what we were going to eat,, and had requested themanager who took but 15 min then here comes those drinks.
