Strawberry smoothie was disgusting. Tasted artificial like Flintstones vitamins. Threw it away complete waste of money.
I wish I didn?t keep having a subpar experience here as this location is most convenient to me. However, the first altercation... from last week has not resulted in any attempt to even accept accountability. If it is the customer?s responsibility tosubstitute allergens and they do so when ordering, please listen and leave them out of the smoothie. Additionally, today Ireceived a cup which was not full and was clearly tipped to appear as if it was. I appreciate the outward friendliness of theemployees, however as a paying customer, these are two unacceptable experiences. If you have more severe allergies, I recommendbeing extremely cautious. $20 for 2 smoothies on ?buy one get one free smoothie day.? App wouldn?t work for it either. Employees bust their butts off... though and are kind. Hopefully they?re getting paid an actual wage if the stuff cost this much. Read more
Dropped into the smoothie king here in Louis Center first time visiting this place or any of the smoothie king franchises and I... was pleasantly surprised. Place is very clean new very fast and efficient and delicious. I did notice that the strawberry kiwiangel food in a little angel they?ll look identical and really pretty much taste identical out of the five we got we got aChocolata and that was the only one that seem different or taste the difference. This place seems to be popular thedrive-through was about 10 cars deep and it seems to be pretty consistent. Excellent. I love smoothie king.. even if I do get the same thing every time ???? the peanut power plus strawberry is sooooo... good. The drive thru chick wasn?t friendly at all which was lame but at least I got exactly what I paid for and am satisfiedwith my smoothie. Read more
Out of all the Smoothie Kings, this THE WORST ONE. Constantly ????????ing up orders, even after you have to order twice because... the inside is NEVER open. Never even try to let you use your ?rewards? barcode. Then have the nerve to give out watery?smoothies? with my cup not even full. I?ma keep driving next time until I get the location on 23. Smoothie King was a wonderful experience and something I was looking forward to for a long time I haven't been here in three... years so I stopped and ordered a strawberry banana Gladiator. They were very quick to make it and the staff was wonderful. Wewill be back again in Spring to check out the place but I do highly recommend it if you are coming through the Columbus area. Read more
This location is very inconsistent. My smoothies taste different each time. My Lemon Twist Strawberry tasted like a strawberry... milkshake. It looks like a lot of people are having this same issue. I have also had chunky/gritty shakes before due to them notblending it well. I reached out to get my last issue resolved 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response.
