The staff is really nice but my order is almost always wrong.

One would think a mocha latte would taste the same at every Starbucks but no. The drink was warm, not hot. Had a grainy... taste/texture like they added coco powder. Waited 15-20 minutes for a $6.45 coffee - which is fine when the order is accurate. They didn?t add the vanilla sweet cream cold... foam that was $1 extra.. didn?t feel like wasting 20 more minutes in line to get it fixed. Read more
