Went here this morning to get my Grande Pike Place with a shot of espresso like I always get from Starbucks any time I go.. got... my coffee on my way to work and it tasted horrible.. the coffee was cold, tasted extremely watered down, and most of all didn'thave the shot of espresso that I paid for.. what a joke, makes me not want to go to any Starbucks if this is the kind of productthey are going to let leave their stores. If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. They don?t know anything about customer service. Made the wrong drink... and then told me they couldn?t make it again for me. I?ve never seen a more disrespectful store my entire life. Take your moneyelse where. Oh and the manager is the most rude and disrespectful one!!!! They need another manager. And one of the cashiersliterally closed the window when I was waiting for my receipt. Do yourself a favor and pls take your money somewhere else. Read more

Did a great job on the drinks. We did have one that wasn't right but it wasn't their fault. We had a little problem... understanding what our grandson wanted. They fixed it and didn't charge me for it. Super long waits (20-40 mins) and consistantly make orders wrong. Almost every day I come in for a caramel frap with no whip and... extra drizzle. Usually covered in whip cream and they have to re make it. I'm gonna start going to Kroger for my coffee, usuallyway better. Read more

Hard to find from the interstate. Drive thru was convenient and the barista was sweet, but she didn't know they were out of... blueberries for the oatmeal which caused a small change at the window, and then somebody forgot to put a spoon in with theoatmeal which was frustrating because it required returning to the store and going in to the store. Otherwise, the rest of theorder was good (both correct and tasty). Read more

Prepare to wait. Drive thru times are unreal. Average 30minutes just to get your drink done right half the time. Drive to Kroger... and get out if your car. It's worth it. I'm typing this review out in hopes that it will make me remember to do so next time. Read more
