Not a good location. So so soooo slowwwww. Staff is nice, but not especially nice, as at almost every other sbux location. Also,... they made my drink a little off, and the Ethos water they gave me was yellow. Unfortunately, I had pulled away before realizinghow gross it looked and due to the aforementioned speed of service issue, I decided not to return. This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I go to this location about 3 days a week and it has been a... disappointment every single time. I have sat in the drive through line for more than an hour before, but today I sat in linefor 50 minutes with only 8 cars in front of me. Today was the last straw for me and I won?t be back. They open the back doorconstantly while people are waiting in line and there is always trash on the floor at least waist high. If I do go back to thislocation it will be to take pictures to send to the health department. I have worked in service industry for 10 years and theway this Starbucks operates directly correlates to poor managment. While waiting in line I saw at least 10 cars get in line andpull away because they were tired of waiting. I wonder how much business this place will lose until they try to fix it. Read more

I watched as my latte was made and she let it sit on the counter for 3 minutes. As I?m looking at my finished latteshe sneezes over my coffee and proceeds to put the lid on.
