I could leave a -5 I would have! This has to be one of the worst Starbucks that I have ever visited. Alexis has one on the... snobbiest tidiest attitudes I have ever encountered. They all need to be retrained I should not have to tell you 8 times how tomake a simple drinks. It?s not that complex. Not like you barista?s are working with molecules and atoms or somethingscientific. It?s only sweet cream it can?t be that difficult. Corporate please retrain this location. Starbucks is in Kroger and I guess it's pretty good because there's never a really long line but there's always at least four... people waiting. What freaks me out is people grocery shopping with a latte.
