I've gone into this Starbucks three times and every time, there's at least five or six employees behind the counter and not one... greeted me. My coffee was ready but nobody called my name and it just sat there. I went and asked if it was mine and theperson just nodded...no, I'm sorry for your wait. Then I sat waiting for my donut. I finally had to ask for that too. The guywent to the counter behind him and grabbed the bag and just handed it to me with a shmirk...once again, no apologies orconversation...just an irritated look with a shmirk...maybe it was a smile but seriously doubt it. Thank you for listening Starbuck Manager. I wrote a review with 3 stars but changed it to 5. Read my earliest review.....Large... tables should be for customers priority. I am a 27 year old veteran in the restaurant business and I ALWAY tell my staff to keepthe best to the client. NOT ONE SINGLE Starbucks manager occupying a table that seats 8 people!! I mainly come to this location since it?s nearby. Great service. Drive through can be extremely slow. They run out of items a... lot. I?ve tried ordering the oatmeal with blueberries multiple times, and would never give the blueberries. Read more
A very cute Starbucks right on the edge of German Village in downtown Columbus! This Starbucks is in an old brick building that... fits in nicely with the surrounding historic neighborhood. Spacious seating inside with outdoor tables as well. This locationalso has a drive through. Friendly staff and delicious drinks as always. Highly recommend this location if you are in the area! I love the chestnut praline but I think someone is making them wrong. I've had my drink taste great but then the next day taste... horrible, Ive had them remake my drink so many times this season and I hate doing that. I love the Starbucks I just wish it wasa little more consistent. Read more
