Wish I was happier with my service, because I love Steak n Shake. I got large fries that were cold, soggy and half missing. I... got a double bacon and cheese steak burger with everything on it but it only came with 2 patties, pickles and onions, because Iguess I have to clarify that I do indeed want bacon and cheese on my bacon and cheese steak burger. This is a nice Steak and Shake. The food taste fresh. The staff is very nice. The restrooms are a little dirty, but the dining... room is clean. They have new self-check-out ordering machines. That make ordering your food super easy. Read more
It had been before the pandemic since I eaten at a Steak 'n Shake. In my opinion the quality of food and service have gone down... hill. Only one of the 4 members of my group got their food the way they ordered it. I also say another 4 people go up to thecounter with incorrect orders. I'm sure the elimination of table service and the ordering kiosks along with the plastic basketsinstead of actual plates were cost saving moves they needed to implement but it has greatly deminoshed the experience for me. They changed their closing time for Mondays but didn't update any signs. However the girl working the drive through on July 4th... was very sweet. The cake batter shake was pretty good. I also got the $5 deal on the burger and fries. It was just as tasty as Iremembered it from 20 years ago when I worked at a Steak n Shake. Read more
Didn't have a problem here. Other then the fact we ordered large milkshakes to go with our meals. Paid the difference. These... were not large at all. More like small or medium. Food was fine other the. Thrown together. But tasted good being hungry. Read more
Steak n' Shake has gone fast casual and you have to order using a kiosk. The kiosk worked well and the restaurant was very... clean. Service was prompt. I didn't have much interaction with the employees because they were pretty busy but when I asked forsome ketchup they took care of me. Read more
Excellent service. By the time I ordered it and they swiped my card they were already handing me the bag. On top of that, they... didn?t just throw it in they put it in the bag properly. Everything I ordered turned out the way I ordered it and the food wasfresh and delicious. My wife ordered a chicken tender 5 piece meal with only fries and I ordered the frisco just the sandwichand the bacon cheeseburger just the sandwich. They couldn?t have done better especially in the amount of time and I?m impressed.Five stars! Read more
