Is the food good? Yes. Is the store filthy? Yes!!!!! As a family with 2 small boys, we haven't eaten inside in several... years. We ventured out this last time and decided to eat inside. The inside was filthy and the high chairs looked like theywere caked in some foreign substance and hadn't been cleaned since the day they bought them. One of the employees was wearing ashirt that was 2 sizes too small and he was leaning over the counter letting the entire restaurant see his crack. Will not begoing back to this location. Read more
Was the only one in line at the drive through. Still messed up my order and was served horrible food. Fries tasted like they... have been sitting In Grease for hrs. The bun on both burgers I ordered crumbled and fell apart like an old frozen bun. My burgerhad no flavor, and the bacon was sweet for whatever reason! My kids burger wasn't supposed to have cheese but did anyway andmissing 1/3 of the burger patty. Read more
Burger, hotdog, and cheese fries for the Fourth! Food was good and didn't close too early for the holiday. Not a fan of the... kiosk ordering but it works. No longer have the half and half shakes, so sad. Read more
This location was certainly interesting. Admittedly, I went with a small group but not all of us had even gotten any food. I... ordered a fountain drink and a strawberry shake and I?m pretty sure I waited half an hour for the shake that wasn?t even allthat good. There were people who ordered 15 minutes after I did that received their shakes before me. I can't imagine someone was so stupid enough to package food with this bread. I am grateful I finally looked and didn't have to... eat this. My whole order was wrong, rude and poor customer service. Very disappointed, steak n' shake should hire competentworkers rather than teenagers who don't know what they are doing. Don't buy from this place on weekends. Read more
Best service at the drive thru. I believe The cashiers name is KAM, When I say drive through attendance need to take note from... her they should very friendly my food was hot and fresh and as usual delicious I will say her enthusiasm was infectious becauseit hurt make me have a good rest of the evening Read more
The customer service always is horrible here through the drive thru. Walking in now is not any easier now since they have... exchanged humans with machines to take your order! Horrible idea because I tried it, and they still got my order wrong and gaveme someone else food on top of it! The management team would be better if they would work on working well together especially infront of customers! Since when do you throw keys to your team member that's taking care of an upset customer through a busystore also with kids inside watching! All I can say is the women(didn't catch her name) member of management was nice andhandled things professionally. Uunlike the male member of management that throw the keys at her while she was taking care of me.Work on customer service and the rest will fall in place. Read more
My first one star review. If you're in the mood for some mediocre, congealed food, please visit this Steak 'n Shake. It's the... perfect place to order from a kiosk while paying for sit down restaurant prices. Then you get to feel like a real Steak 'n Shakeemployee! Scan the filthy restaurant, pick your own dirty table, and bus it! Don't worry, you'll have time. It takes about 40minutes for your 'fast food' to be ready. Not terrible, but not spectacular. Just hurry up so you can be home before thosecheese fries reach your stomach. Mmmm. Read more
