Please, learn from my experience and don't order from this restaurant!! I have NEVER been treated so terribly as a customer! I... placed my order to be picked up curbside at 12:30. When I arrived I was told by the website that I couldn't pick up my ordercurbside. I had my child with me so I didn't want to go inside. So, I went to the drive through window. I sat at the window for15 minutes, all while the person working could SEE me, but was obviously ignoring me! I knocked...he ignored me. I called therestaurant and was ignored. The other customers in the store were telling him that I was there and he didn't bother. I pulled upto the nearest door, ran inside and said that I had an order that I placed online, I couldn't come in! They said "the drivethrough is closed". I said well there was no sign, and no answer! THEN he hands me my order, which was READY THE WHOLE TIME! Hejust never bothered to hand it to me! I couldn't believe how poorly I was treated! All he had to do was hand me my order fromthe drive through window! Read more

Incompetent workers and rude management. If I order a B.L.T (bacon, lettuce, and tomato) sub, I would only ASSUME lettuce and... tomato come on my sub because apparently you still have to ask for it. I Was handed the incorrect chips in the window threetimes, as well as getting home to realize I was never given my change or receipt. :) Read more

I usually have great service at this location, until last night. I placed an order online for pickup, it was 5 subs so I arrived... about 5 minutes later than the website said. When I got there, I pulled up to the pickup window, The young man told me to pullforward because my subs were almost ready. I pulled forward and waited an additional 15 minutes for my subs. As I was sittingthere, I was watching them making subs for two patrons who had went in to place their order. There was a young lady workingthere who proceeded to give her fellow coworkers her middle finger right in front of the two patrons who had come into thebuilding. I also noticed that not one employee that was working(making subs) was wearing a hairnet or hat of any sort. I thoughtthis was policy, when the young lady started walking towards me with my order I asked if she could separate two of the subs intoanother bag because that person was going to a different location. I had requested this when I placed the order, she keptholding the bag outside of the pick up window like I was just going to take it and I asked again I said could you pleaseseparate this for me I would appreciate it. As she was turning around I noticed that she rolled her eyes at me. I don't knowwhat's going on but it seems like there is no customer service anymore. I am very hesitant to go back to the subway now I feellike it was being ran by a bunch of kids , the people working there could've been over 18 years of age. Very disappointed Read more
