Terrible experience. Order a sub with bacon and pepperoni on it. All that was on it was bacon. When we asked the sandwich maker... about it, they stated they put double bacon instead. When we informed them that's not what we wanted, they just gave us a coldbag of pepperoni and said they had other customers to help and walked away. We will not be returning to this location. Terrible Service! I came here for lunch on a road trip with the kids and had a horrible experience. The chairs and tables were... all out of sorts in the dining area, the restroom was out of order, and the lady cashier first conned me into spending extramoney on the pretense that the combo was cheaper than an individual drink, and then attempted to charge me $7 more than what Ishould be paying. I don't know if this was ignorance, laziness, or dishonesty, but regardless of which, I will not be returningto this location again, and I recommend you do the same. Read more
I would never recommend this subway to anyone worst location. The guy that served me barely put any chicken on my order. Dirty... subway. They didn?t have any variety of toppings as well. Would never recommend. Stay away from this place. Read more
me and my family order 6 chocolate chip cookies and 3:subs chicken ,bacon ranch sub and 2 Philly steak and cheese . First of... all they are real skimpy on the product . second of all we ask for are subs to be toasted .which was not our chesse was not evenmelted on our subs not friendly we was in their 7;30 pm 7-8.2022...all 3 sandwichs upset all 3 of our stomach to where we all3 of us have had diarrhea . and today i am not feeling good my stomach is still hurting this morning .we will never go back tothat location again ..i am also reporting this to the BBB... I went in here today October the 9th (2021) around 5:30 and I ordered a meatball sub. I told the lady 2 times what I wanted and... she just started putting marinara sauce all over the bread with no meatballs, then toasted it, and then asked what meat Iwanted. I had already told her meatball, so I told her meatball again and she looked surprised and said ?I thought you onlywanted the sauce? and then adds the meatballs and MORE sauce and I left with a sub that was soggy with marinara sauce and it?sdisgusting. I love this location. It's always so clean and the food is fresh, the bread, cookies and all the veggies are fresh. I've never... come in here and seen bad veggies or hard bread. I love it. The staff is also very friendly and fast. If their busy they reallyknow how to step it up and get everyone done as fast as possible. Great location. Read more
The first couple times we got food here it was pretty good, but the last few times have been questionable, one time the lady... handling money with the same gloves on that she was preparing food with, I asked her to change gloves before making my food andyou could tell she was put off by that. Today we stopped and got subs only to get home and see that HALF the slices of meat wereon them (I googled it on number of slices), it was noticeably less meat than usual.
