While most fast food restaurants are staffed with the worst employees with attitudes churning out inedible food (Wendy's... especially) these guys made my subs precisely how I entered them into the app, and they were on time! Meatball and cold cut subshad everything that I requested, and the bread was toasted. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Ordered online, they completely messed up my order, I ordered a terayaki chicken sub custom made. Porvolne cheese, Lettuce,... tomatoes, green peppers, red onion. Nothing was fresh, tomatoes look old and taste old as well as the lettuce brown and dry, thesub was soggy that the it was falling apart as I ate it. I went in and got a six inch veggie sub and when i got to the veggie side the lady gave me two slices of green peppers when the... standard build is three. I asked for more green peppers and she proceeded to add one more on there and then charged me .76 centsfor extra green peppers. they charged me extra to get the proper amount of veggies ON A VEGGIE SUB. then she proceeded to squirtall the sauce into one pile in the middle so my sub that im paying extra for was either all bread or all sauce.
