This subway is horrible! The manager is ALWAYS outside smoking or has an attitude. Neq is always the one working doing all the... work! The manager hired new employees and they are horrible! They don?t even know how to make bread ( just put it in the oven)they can?t even do that! Back to the manager she needs to be fired she leaves before she is exposed to. If people show up lateshe still leaves @3 or before. Btw the manager is Danny. Read more

Been going to this subway for the last year, any 1 star reviews here are cap. The employees deliver quality service and are so... welcoming. I?ve been going to subways on the east coast for some time now and this one sits at the top. You get what you pay forhere. Don?t sleep. Read more

General Manager Danielle does not care about the quality of food, and will not fix any issues you may have. The employees are... great but its a shame their manager is so incompetent. Read more

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I don?t even know where to start. First issue: I walked into the store at 3:52. The lady... working told me she was off at 4. She was making herself a sub. I asked her if the store was closed since she was off at 4. Shesaid someone else was back there and would come out. (the lady was doing everything in slow motion and appeared to be ondrugs) Second issue: the other lady finally walked out 4 minutes later. She started making my wrap. She was just throwingtoppings onto it. Literally tossing things on. I asked her to remove a piece of lettuce because it looked gross. Instead ofremoving it she broke it apart and put it ALL OVER the wrap. She continued to throw toppings onto the sub. Third issue: shedropped a ton of Parmesan cheese into the spinach and just left it. Fourth issue: she didn?t cut my wrap Fifth issue: shecharged me for STEAK. I got CHICKEN. Sixth issue: when I got home to finally eat my wrap there was a HAIR in it. DO NOT GO TOTHIS SUBWAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read more

I ordered a melt and they completely ruined it. It fell apart in the bag and made a huge mess. It was inedible. I told the... staff about it immediately but they scoffed and said they couldn?t do anything about it. I didn?t even eat it. I just threw itin the garbage and left. Thanks for taking 11 dollars from me! Oh also, you?re supposed to put the melt in the same bag as theother one. Why did you waste two bags for one sandwich? Read more

The food is fine, it's the service for me. There's a women named iesha [or so says the name tag on her hat] that is absolutely... rude. I also work in customer service and I have for years. Thia lady will snap at you for the smallest thing and that's not howyou act in customer service. She needs to find a new job.. Read more

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this location as someone who has lived in the campus area for many years and frequented... this location as a satisfied customer I sadly feel compelled to share my poor experience. At the time I visited this location Iwas the only person in line and was served by a lady who seemed to be annoyed that she had to take my order. Upon trying to makesmall talk I was reciprocated with a rude attitude and most surprisingly challenging behavior "You dont know who I am. " Whileshe was correct I don't know who you are.. but as a paying customer trying to get lunch I absolutely do not deserve to bechallenged/prevoked into an augment which I refuse to do. To top it off my sandwich was thrown together in what I would call acomplete mess.(see pictures) While I understand that not every sub will be perfect as each sandwich artists/employee will havedifferent ideas and customers can be indesisive I can assure you that I order the same sub every time & I feel my sub fell farbelow the subway standard. As someone who has worked in Food service for many years I am personally in awe of how blantly rudeone of your staff members was to a customer. I get it I've been there.. The staff here, for the most part, do not care at all. They are typically understaffed, and those who remain are generally... apathetic. They will very likely mess up your order, because they aren't interested in listening to what you request. Theingredients are sloppily thrown on, often disproportionately, so you will either get too much or too little of what you ask for,and they have even put on the wrong condiments because they aren't looking at the names on the bottles and instead rely on themere color (ranch and mayo are not the same thing). The mobile order mechanism is clearly dysfunctional, since I've gone inseveral times and had my order not even started, even when I ordered ahead, and they have been unable to contact me because ofsome glitch in the system. Whoever is running this show is doing an absolutely terrible job and clearly does not care aboutconsistency, detail, meal prep, or customer service, nor do they care whether the people they hire will be interested in doing agood job. If you're visiting this Subway just because you live nearby, take your chances accordingly and don't expect anythingthat would be described as "decent and common quality". Read more
