This store is not clean it almost feels like a construction zone inside and out. The staff are friendly enough but it seems like... there is always something not working sometimes they can make a melt and sometimes they can't the drink machines don't work andthe parking lot is dirty and disgusting obviously the owner doesn't care about this location at all Read more
They never answer their phone. I ordered online and placed the order to this location by listake. I don?t have time to go to... the store and dispute the transaction, I?ve been calling every since the order was placed (not even a minute away since Irealized at that moment it was the wrong store) and they don?t pick up the phone, the order appears as it it was picked up whenI didn?t, I wasn?t even near that store and had to pay for two orders since I was at the Lockbourne Rd location and was on myhalf hour break for lunch. No way that order was picked up unless they gace it to someone else not even looking at the customersname. I need a refund and I don?t have the time or want to have to drive all the way to the store to solve this matter. Theyneed to be more aware of the phone calls. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times during lunch and I've witnessed lots of rude customers. The lady's there have always been... nice to me, made a well made sandwich, and got me quickly through line. Read more
I had the same scoops of tuna, just like the Subway in Great Western Shopping Center but as you can see, I have a lot more tuna... fish here. This Subway did NOT scrap off the scoop. When I'm in the area, I will continue to come to this location and NEVERpatronize the Great Western location. Read more
I walked in and there was a line and i didnt want to wait, but then i realized they were well staffed and they hustled and then... when my lunch partner ssked for ectra pepoers they did her right and put a generous amount on and were friendly throughout....Sandwiches and cookies were delicious! I've been to several Subway's in my life but there are seldom times I feel motivated to leave a review. From the 2 times I've... been there, Dylan made my sandwiches. Not only does he have great tattoos but he spells "Dylan" the correct way. The sandwicheswere perfect and I look forward to seeing him again for a subway sandwich. Read more
