Best service I've had at a subway. Walked in with a 6 sub order and had it taken care of quickly. Jorge is the man!

Very disappointing. We have gone to this subway before and in fact have done catering though them for office parties etc. This... time the order was for 5 office staff and food was not as ordered, quality was definitely less than acceptable, actuallylied to us when asked by telling us they taken care of an item listed in the special request section of the order on one ofthe sandwiches and they did not, which basically left one person without food! we are 4 blocks form the store and food was allcold, bread was "mushy" and we waited for the order once we arrived. Had planned to order from them for our holiday open housefor over 100 people like we did last year but after this ...probably not!. Read more

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Subway always has specials and there just happened to be a $4.99 sticker next to black forrest ham... footlong, (assuming it was the current special). When I asked the cashier at checkout why my sandwich was ringing up $5.89 shesaid she ?didn?t know? and when I asked if she could check and see why she said ?no.? I wouldn?t recommend anyone else go ifthey care about quality customer service. And of course there?s no manager or point of contact to reach. I work in this shoppingcenter and i?m NEVER going back. Bad service to start with. I ordered 6" meatball I bit into something that chipped a piece of my tooth. I took the piece of... something to the counter and this well educated female took it From me then dropped it on the floor and conveniently lost it. Myfirst and last visit to your store was a horrible experience. Subway you really need to do a better job in hiring employees. Read more

I was there 6/28/2016 at 5:15 p.m. I ordered a BMT double meat add bacon an heat the bacon. I told the girl I wanted the meat on... the bottom of the sub, but she put it on the top. I told her that I wanted the regular amount of meat put on first ,and then thedouble meat. She put all of the ham at one time as well as the rest, and did not heat up the bacon as I had asked for. She gotvery angry with me when I told her to remake it because it was not what I wanted. It took her 3 times to get it right. I had afriend who I was paying for as well. When both subs where done I told her I had enough points on my subway card to pay for mine,but she did not listen. She had to ring it up a second time. And she angrily ask me if it was to go. I said sure as I did notwant her even more angry with me. My buddy went to the men's room, and when he came out we decided to eat there. We got halfwaydone with our subs and this girl started yelling at that we had to leave the store right then and there. She went in the backand the guy that made my buddy sub came over to us and said that we didn't pay some tax for eating there but we could go aheadand eat and leave. I have never been treated like this by anybody before. I did the online survey and told them I wanted to becontacted, but I guess that they do not care about the way I was treated. So I would have to say that there is NO WAY I willever eat there again, and I am letting everyone one else know about this place. Read more
