worst subway experience EVER!!!! ordered through the website for delivery, sandwich wasn't right, and the sides were missing.... When i called to get it corrected, manager Jose told me it wasn't his problem and to call doordash to complain. left a negativereview on the website, and got an apology email from owner Srujal Jariwala - no remake or refund. I ordered off Subway's site and selected for delivery. When it was delivered, I received the wrong order. I took the order back... to the Subway location. They could see from my confirmation and the order I brought back to them, I did not receive the properorder. They said I needed to contact Doordash because I ordered through them. I showed them where it was through Subway and NOTDoordash. They said if they remade my sandwiches they would lose money. So I am just supposed to be out of money for the error.They have subcontracted Doordash for the services. I would have gladly picked up (as I ended up going to the store anyway) ifthe delivery was not an option. Read more
Went twice this week. The first day was Tuesday and they were out of banana peppers which sucked but my fiance went back in... again on Thursday to get me food again and they finally had then. Worker said they didn't get them on truck but was happy to putLOTS of them on my sandwich lol. Would definitely recommend this subway. Only 4 stars for the one day they didn't have my bananapeppers! ?? Read more
The two ladies working handed my daughter's sub out with the order before us. The male co-worker made her sub again, making sure... to use fresh gloves and utensils(my daughter has allergies). He was great. I wish I knew his name, great job! Read more
Most descent subway around me besides the few times i went & was not greeted nor acknowledge which lead me to walk out and then... yesterday the guy kid acting as if he did want to be there. I like this location cause its clean for most part besides the hitand miss on good workers vibes. I choose to eat here depending on the vibe i get when i walk thru the door. Read more
