It feels odd rating a Taco Bell 5 stars, but I've been here multiple times and every time the food is hot, my order is made... correctly, the service is fast, and they always have Baja Blast (unlike so many other Taco Bells that run out and don't seemconcerned about having their signature Mountain Dew flavor in stock). Here is a Taco Bell that deserves a full 5 stars andought to be proud of the work they're doing and the service they're providing. This one ought to be a training site for allother Taco Bells in the area. Read more

This Taco Bell...all I can say is WOW ???? One of the hardest working crews as I've yet to have anything that tasted cold,... skimpy or made wrong. Food is always super fast, they actually open their lobby up for pickup and dine-in and its super weirdbut the lady at the register actually smiles. These guys get 2 thumbs way up. Taco Bells seem to almost unanimously have theworst service of any fast food post-covid but I will physically go way out of my way to hit up this taco bell now. Love theirstaff! Read more
I showed up at 11:45 pm on a Saturday night after a Buckeye game to pick up a GrubHub order for a gentleman on campus. The drive... thru line has over a dozen cars waiting JUST TO ORDER. So I figure I'm in for the long haul. But I see three guys walk out ofthe building in Buckeye jerseys. Then a fourth. Then a guy walks in. Then a lady gets out of her car and walks in and placesan order. Well I want to get the guy his food fast and move onto my next drop off because I already have an order with me...Ipark in front of the doors and commence to walk in and the lady behind the register walks over and locks the door as I'mpreparing to show her my phone she walks away as if she doesn't see me. That is just classless in my opinion, I understand youguys are busy but there are way more professional ways to handle the situation than that. I won't be ordering from here but Ihope I do not have to pick up from this location in the future if that's the standard of customer service. Read more
People should be screened for unhappiness, anger issues, and narcissism before being allowed to post a review. In an environment... when it’s difficult to keep employees maybe you should adjust your expectations to Taco Bell levels. I’ve never got bad foodout of this location. Sure maybe a broken shell here and there, but If you want to perfection get off your a and cook ityourself lol. In fact everything is uncharacteristically fresh and well filled compared to other locations. I specifically drivepast the Taco Bell I live by on N High to come to this spot. And customer service? IMO Great. At bear minimum they provide atleast professionalism. However some of the drive-through attendants are friendly and talkative, and this is at 2:30 AM. Yes Icome here right up until 3 AM at times and they still put out fresh food and have a good or at least decent attitude. 0 for 2, don’t order any substitutions here they’ll never get em right 100% it matters not on what time of day. Used to be a... good location, definitely will not be utilizing them in the future. Service was quick sure but only 10% accurate. No way toresolve cash issues without driving 30 minute back into town to get refunded & $3 it’s like cool, thanks for the extremelyrealistic offer when gas is more than that per gallon. Read more
Whenever we do a late-night Taco Bell run, this is the one that usually gets our orders right. The only thing is that the line... around the building can get really long. Black bean chalupas and crunch wraps with rice and potatoes as vegan substitutions pairreally well with the host sauce. Service is quick once you pay at the window. Read more
