First night the building was wrapped, sat in the drive thru for 47 minutes, tonight I pull in, 1 car at window, 1 at speaker,... and it took them a good 10 minutes to greet the customer, then I pull up, took well over 10 minutes to be greeted. The manager refused to serve my brother because he didn't know how to work the ordering machine inside, she told him to figure... it out. Then when a customer helped him she refused to take his money and said she wasn't going to serve him today. Very rudeand unacceptable Read more
10-10-22 10:25am .First time I had this tacobell since remodel. First off sucked they didn't have eggs, bc I love the breakfast... here. But customer service was beyond amazing from front counter girl, to the staff in the back. Ordered 3 soft tacos insteadand I can say best tacos I've ever had from any taco bell. Everything was fresh and well portioned, they weren't Skippy onanything. So whoever made the tacos well done. I had a great experience. Dine in is open as well truck drivers. The service wasn?t great, I order the box meal and they handed everything together put the box. They forgot half my order and I... had to let them know. Once I told them, they had attitude. Waited over 45 minutes inside becasue they couldn?t do drive thru app orders. Went inside for my order never was called never... acknowledged . Had to rush back to work came back and order still wasn?t ready. Took 25 mins to get a taco! After grocery shopping I drove through to grab a bite. so all my food was sitting in the bed of my... truck. I go here because it's close to home, but it's always hit or miss. They cleverly put the right number of items in the bag to... disguise the fact that none of it is what you ordered. We were the only people there at the time so they can't even blame beingbusy. 4 tacos for $20 bucks, smdh Read more
This location is extremely slow. Half the time I get my food the nacho cheese spills out into the bag everywhere because the lid... wasn?t put on right. If I have to wait almost half an hour for ?fast food? when there?s only 2-3 cars in front of me my foodcould at least be prepared correctly and packaged right.
