This restaurant has continued to overwork its limited staff and refuse to solve the obvious lack of staff. This restaurant pulls... in so many delivery orders, that there is a constant wait of at least 10 minutes for any delivery orders, and often longer than20 minutes. The restaurant is clearly making enough business to pay someone a competitive wage, and yet the restaurant continuesto have a skeleton crew fumbling over 30 receipts at a time. This experience is unpleasant for the overworked employees, thedelivery drivers that have to wait, to pick it up, and the customer who waits far too long for ?fast? food. Read more
Absolutely terrible experience grabbing late night food after a good night out. Don?t bother ordering on the app, because it... won?t do you any good and Taco Bell won?t get your order. The mobile ordering system is so broken that my order was never?placed? until someone confirmed it at the register. Kudos to the staff though! I go to Taco Bell for their Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos. They're only $1. And since I love them, I can fill up on them... cheaply. The last time I went there, they told me they were out of the items to make them. So I was forced to buy somethingother than my favorite item. So I switched up my order, which was done rather quickly. But they had no sporks with which to eatmy Nacho Bell Grande. And they only had 2 sauces, the mildest and the hottest. But not the fire that I wanted. So I couldn't getmy favorite item, I couldn't get my favorite condiment, and I had to go home and reheat it because they had no sporks.
