We have been coming here for over 30 years since being kids, we bring our family as well and usually eat here 3x a week on... Sunday after church we usually spend over 100 and always tip very well because I was in the serving industry for many years. Thelast few times have been horrible. Our food wasn't right after waiting over 45mins, so we didn't get to eat however we stilltipped the girl who was our waitress. Tried again and the same problems. We have even talked with management. Today we go in myhusband and I ordered waiting about 25mins then the guy comes back saying he threw away our ticket, he was new but trying.. Ifeel the girl took the ticket.. needless to say we won't be back which is sad.. Read more
Worst experience ever. My wife's food was cold. My food was inedible. The waitress largely ignored us. We were brought plastic... utensils to eat with. If we had wanted to eat with plastic ware, we'd have gone to McDonald's. Should have. At least the foodwould have been hot. Read more

Honestly, the worst service we've had anywhere. And I don't blame the waitress, I blame management. Looked like there was only... one waitress and she had so many tables. We waited a while before she came to get our order, about 10 minutes later we got ourdrinks and the kids food (one order was for 6 silver dollar pancakes and it came out as one medium pancake) and still nosilverware. So we waited for our food. About 15 minutes later my grandma asked her where our food, silverware and syrup were.She came back 5 minutes later with our food and silverware and my daughter asked for the syrup again. Our food was just aboutroom temperature and the bluebwrry pancakes I had were so loaded with blueberries, the centers of the pancakes were undercooked.I thought it was from butter between layers, but tasting it, it was raw batter. The waitress didn't check on us or ask aboutrefills. Service has been getting worse there and I think this made it our last visit. Read more
Food is good service is pretty lacking. They did have a sign stating they needed servers so that was understandable. The... establishment fit its gimmick that's for sure. It felt like we left the city and went to the country for a while. This remindsme of the small town I grew up in and that was really cool. They need to start making scratch Biscuits again. The pandemic is over. The Biscuits have changed. They used to be my all time... favorite. Everything else is always Excellent! Read more
