This used to be a great restaurant we'd visit weekly. That has changed. We had a bad experience last fall and hadn't been... back since. We decided to give them another try so I ordered take out last night and was ridiculously over charged when I askedfor "extras" Now, I don't mind paying a fair amount for extra items... but not $3 for salad croutons and .75 EACH for extrabutter & sour cream. ESPECIALLY when the souffle cups are less that 1/4 full! see pic! When I mentioned they needed to befilled, I was told they were pre made and they couldn't be filled up This location will get no more business from our familyof 5. We used to spent around $75 to $100 on our weekly dinner trips. You've lost about $300 a month in sales from us becauseof your greed over providing condiments. How stupid is that! . Read more
I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The staff is always super nice and attentive. This time, I got the Jamaican Cowboy... Frozen Drink(about $9) and the Frozen Mango Margarita(about $9) ,6oz hand cut sirloin with corn and a loaded baked potato($12.99). The drinks were delicious and gave me a good buzz. We had ordered carryout for my mothers 69th birthday Jan 29th....MAIN part of the order was 4. 8oz sirloin dinners...all steaks... were ordered RARE and person who took the order even repeated it back...got home and every steak was cooked well...called themanager had given email to send pics however came back invalid...so proceeded to send feedback to multiple other sources andstill no response...I usually dont report negative feedback on reviews but I dont like 85.00 of my hard earned money to bewasted either. *************** Update 3/2/22...I was told to respond to link and when I clicked on it it turned out to be alink I had already went to before here so I gave it another shot and filled it out again and here we are almost a month andhavent heard back. UPDATE: I went last night and the food was great! The only thing I had a problem with was the girl at the front door giving... everyone times to wait. She's rude, and needs an attitude check. Went between 6 and 7. Got a sirloin steak and was raw on onehalf and tough on the other. My husband ordered a new York strip just for it to be mainly fat. Why pay 15.99$ for fat? Justnasty bathrooms. We went out with friends Sunday night. We have been to Texas Roadhouse in other states but not in Ohio yet. This one did not... disappoint! Logan was our server and had a great attitude and bantered back and forth with us. He was friendly and attentive andtook great care of us. The food was all cooked to order and was delicious. A friend and I arrived at this location right when it opened. We were able to take advantage of specials offered for early... diners. I ordered the country fried steak with two sides for only $11.50. This was a great value and a very hearty meal for theprice. I will definitely order this dish again. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server was a true pleasure. Heexplained that he had just finished training another person who was also working this shift. The young man he trained hadsuccessfully met all of his training requirements, and this was his first day working his own tables. He was really proud of thetrainee, and his desire for his fellow employee to succeed was a joy to hear.
