My husband and I went last week for our wedding anniversary. It was pretty underwhelming. It was a Thursday night and it... wasn't busy at all (we had reservations just in case). The decor and the architecture of the building is definitely awesome. The restaurant looks nice too but there was no music playing so it was weirdly quiet. It's also definitely overpriced (e.g. $14for a mimosa but with blood orange juice for fall instead of regular OJ). The food was decent but again not worth the $25-35per entree. I got the sweet potato gnocchi and it was fine. My husband got the steak frites and also felt ambivalent about it. Nothing about the experience was compelling enough to return. The raw materials of a really cool restaurant are there but alot needs to be done with the menu and the atmosphere. Read more

The ambiance off this place is simply fantastic. Very roaring 20s. Only one minor complaint was one of the gas lamps kept making... an awful noise. Our server was quite wonderful, very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The cocktails were delicious and theselection was pretty good. We shared the charcuterie board to start and it was very out together and very balanced. The cheeseand jams complimented each other quite nicely. My husband got the 12oz strip steak and it was cooked almost too perfection. Itwas a very good medium rare. I got the sweet potato gnocchi and it was pretty delicious. My only complaint was it wasn't as hotas I had hoped. However, it was an overall enjoyable dining experience and we're will definitely be back. Read more

What an incredible spot for dinner. I had no idea that this place existed. Trish was our server and was friendly, knowledgeable... and took care of us perfectly. The drinks were spot on and my wife loved the Brussel sprouts. I'm not a fan but I tried them andthey were actually tasty. Our dinners were delicious and then we enjoyed a cocktail in the mezzanine before our show. I won'tdetract stars from the review for this, but the bar has a very non-sociable and pretty much rude bartender working there. I canunderstand being frustrated with being busy with folks due to the shows however she came off as annoyed that I was even orderingadditional drinks. Again...maybe she was having a bad night which we all have, but for the job she does, sometimes you have tofake it so customers don't catch on to your sour mood. Read more

I called the day before because I was unable to make a reservation through open table for labor day, so I made the reservation... through the restaurant. I called to confirm that they were open Labor day 9/5/22. I spoke with Russel and he said that he wasscheduled to work and yes they were open. My wife and I was meeting with some family from out of town and I wanted to take themsome where that we have not gone. Russel confirmed with the chef that they were open and would be serving a full menu. I met myfamily at The Keep from out of town that drove 2.5 hours away and I drove 48 minutes away. We arrived at the restaurant and theambiance was great. The host greated us and started to seat us with the regular menus. While being seated the chef stops us andsays that they were not serving the regular menu, and there was only a limited menu. I told the chef that I would not have comehere if the full menu was not available. I told him that I called the day before and made a reservation and to confirm that afull menu was going to be available. The chef only said sorry. Unfortunately we all reviewed the limited bar menu that wasbeing served and we decided to take our business elsewhere. It's sad because we were looking forward to eating here. I wish themanagement and staff had better communication with one another. We may give The Keep another try, but not any time soon. Read more

I didn’t want to write this review because I didn’t want to let out the secret of one of the best breakfast places in... Columbus. The French toast melts in your mouth with the wam maple syrup. The bacon is top grade and meaty. The only con is theparking. Make sure to get there in time to find parking, you can park in the garage or the street parking with the meters. Themeters take credit cards. Read more

I chose to celebrate my birthday here and they weren't very celebratory! I mentioned several times it was my birthday and they... never said happy birthday or even offered a piece of dessert ???? the food wasn't consistent by the end of the night. I hadguests come later and order the same items but different quality. The vegetable Shepard pie was like mash potatoes and gravywith no vegetables ??????????? Read more

Perfect for fine and casual dining. You are immersed into a 1920s era style dining experience. It is eclectic and beautifully... designed. The food was elegantly served and tasted magnificent. I would highly recommend there brunch if you are looking for anew and amazing place, in downtown Columbus. It is within the hotel, on the second floor. You can enter via the side revolvingdoors or the ones next to the Starbucks. If you are staying in the hotel, they allow you to dine and charge to your room. Ourserver was very friendly, polite and informative. He provided great customer service as well as the employees. Very clean andwell kept environment. Read more
