I've been wanting to go to this place for a long time I finally made it! We went to the high street location and of course I had... to get the yard jar for a great souvenir plus It comes with a lot of their delicious ice cream and toppings yummy! The Icecream, toppings chooses and prices are great. A special thank you goes out to all the wonderful staff there for making this agreat birthday for me! It is one of the best places to get ice cream make sure you get a jar just look up at the picture options when you walk in. This... was Cookie monster and rainbow brownie. They also have a wash station so you can bring your jar home with you . Once again someof the best I've cream I have ever had I would give it a 10 star rating if that was an option. Read more
What a great experience! I ordered the Cookie Dough Delicious and my sister ordered some of the edible cookie dough that they... offer! The milkshake was yummy and very filling! Flavorful ice creams and milk shakes. Best of it is old school banana. Tastes great in the jar, every spoon, every sip was... enjoyable. Great presentation in the jar. You can take the jar with you and have options to wash it after you eat. Crowded area.Not much space inside to sit in peak hours. But it is a happening place to walk around and eat. While the milkshakes ?look? super cool, I will say they weren?t with the whopping $17 a piece we paid for them. Only one being... gluten free, it was fair flavored to say the least. It would have been nice to have some of their other gluten free ice creamsmade into a milkshake. Needless to say I won?t go back. Read more
Very expensive place. Very busy. Good ice-cream/ milkshake, my cheese cake was pretty frozen. I do think it's worth the... experience and cost but with how busy (and that causes slower service) I don't think it would be worth just a regular ice-cream.Definitely a go big or go home place to visit. This is a cool experience to have once. The decor is beautiful and the staff is nice! The menu doesn?t tell you what all is in... the milkshakes so you usually have to ask the ingredients. I got the Not Milk ($21.15). It tasted like a lot of chocolate syrupand the cookies were super hard. For the price I was expecting a tasty treat and I didn?t get that. It was okay. Didn't really feel the presentation was that great. I visited another milkshake bar and there was a waiter that... came to you and took your order and brought it to you, which is what I was expecting. Didn't really like that we had to order atthe register because the menu was so big. I felt like we were being rushed to decide, especially it being our first visit. Weordered the specialty shakes in the jar which were $17 each so we got to keep the jar. Had to wash it out ourselves at the waterstation there. That was alot of work because of all the toppings stuck to it and we only had water and paper towels to wash themwith. I guess I thought we'd receive a brand new jar in a box to prevent breakage when they said you get a free jar. I don'tknow, for the price we paid I definitely think it should've been full service restaurant. Read more
