Donuts we got were amazing! They were really good, and service was as fast as a cheetah!

Went today and waited in line 30 minutes only to be told to wait longer waited another 15 minutes and still no service to drive... thru. Pulled away to leave and the lady was just standing there staring out the drive thru. Guess she didn't want to work today.The drive thru line was backed up when i left . Not great customer service. About 5 people working and they ignored me and another guy while standing around talking. The lady... was nice nasty. Nice until she thought I wanted something else. Honestly we went the the drive thru. But they didn't have the 1 item that we went there for, in which it was for the white hot... chocolate. If I remember correctly they said they didn't have any kind of hot chocolate. But to mention that we drove there fromS. Murray Hill and W.
