Went today and waited in line 30 minutes only to be told to wait longer waited another 15 minutes and still no service to drive... thru. Pulled away to leave and the lady was just standing there staring out the drive thru. Guess she didn't want to work today.The drive thru line was backed up when i left . At this rate they may get service by tomorrow morning. When i got there therewas only one car ahead of me. Read more
Not great customer service. About 5 people working and they ignored me and another guy while standing around talking. The lady... was nice nasty. Nice until she thought I wanted something else. I was grabbing my food and drinks which was in front of her workstation where she was making sandwiches. She thought I wanted to ask her something else. She looked at me and said WHAT?! Read more
We're on a road trip and I've never even heard of Tim Hortons. My GF talked about it so we went and it is delicious however God... forbid we asked for napkins at this one location in Columbus Ohio, the lady screamed from the back of the pickup window "there'snapkins in the bag!" We said, "We need some extra" and they just stood staring at us... BTW: we did not have one napkin andeither bag! Somebody apparently needs a day off! Read more
We were happy to see this place, being out of town. The service was good and everything came to us hot and to order. A little... different than back home, but much better friendlier service. We weren't disappointed at all. Read more
Customer service was pretty good, manager not so good. The cashier was new and in the process of learning everything but she was... very nice and polite. There was a discrepancy with the price of the Applewood Bacon & Chicken hoagie. The sign says that thesandwich is $3.49 but I was charged $4.79 even though the pictured item clearly states that it is $3.49!! So I asked theManager,Faye, why the sign stated a different price and she was very rude and didn?t give me the advertised price. I asked forthe corporate phone number and she proceeded to give me a website to contact corporate as she was walking away from me. Themanager was rude and had terrible people skills, she didn?t care to make me happy or even offer a legit explanation as to whythere was a discrepancy. She made me feel belittled and as if I was delusional. She yelled at the cashiers and told them thatthey would get written up if they adjusted the price. The other staff is good but as far as the cashiers and the other workersbut the manager has a negative condescending attitude. Food was good though, even though I paid more than advertised. I includedthe pictures of the sign along with a picture of my receipt to show the discrepancy. Don?t know if I?ll give this locationanother opportunity to earn my money. Read more
Honestly we went the the drive thru. But they didn't have the 1 item that we went there for, in which it was for the white hot... chocolate. If I remember correctly they said they didn't have any kind of hot chocolate. But to mention that we drove there fromS. Murray Hill and W. Broad St. The reason we had to drive over there is bc that Tim Hortons was closed completely. ???????? Read more
