We have ordered two small coffee, the customer service was really very rude, we had to put an effort to place the order, once we... came to collect our order the two small coffee given were basically watery and not fit to consume. An advice to theCompany/Franchisee to have a look and investigate this issue further. Employees seem to hate the job and as result they alsohated the Customers. The absolute worst Tim Hortons location. The guy taking taking orders at the drive thru was incredibly rude. Placed my order and... pulled up to the window to pay/pickup only to be told ?can you list your order, I didn?t catch it?. So I repeated the order,mind you this ?list? he ?didn?t catch? was just 2 items, a coffee and cup of water. I handed them my card, waited some more,was given 2 items and the water then told to pull up to the door for my coffee. How is a cafe out of coffee? And at 11am?!Bewildered, I pulled up to the door and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out and simply say ?here you go?. So first time at this store. Lobby says open but doors are locked. Asked for two sausage, egg and cheese english muffin... sandwich. Both muffin were buttered but not cooked. Asked for a small cafe mocha and got a small coffee. Will never return..... Read more
Horrible customer service! It was my first time attempting to try Tim Hortons and the woman behind the speaker was incredibly... unhelpful and had a dull bored tone. Everything out her mouth was ?we don?t have that? ?we?re out of that?...without evensuggesting something else. She was just unprofessional, poorly trained and doesn?t need to be in a customer service role if shedoesn?t want to help people. I won?t waste my time at this location again. Messed up on almost every single item on a 2 person order. Coffee was burnt and old. Iced coffee was just cream. 1 sandwich was... supposed to be no egg but neither had any. Both muffins were not toasted and the hash browns were so overcooked and old theywere hollow. I live less than a block from this place and still don't go. I was in a rush so I went. Never. Ever. The worst Timhorts location I had ever met! I went there several times people are rude and showing bad attitude. I went there... today and orders one medium tea with two sugar two cream and one honey dip donut, but they gave me two coffee and one honeydip.I explained to them what I wanted but they urge with me with bad attitude. Later they gave me what they called tea, badlyprepared milk and water even not warm and one honey dip, and they charge me 4.59. when I told them to refund my money theyrefuse. this is bad place with bad services.
