I would highly recommend NOT to mobile order from this location, they didn't have the slightest idea I ever put my order in,... they didn't even have what I did order as well, I told them what I had ordered and got 2 black ice coffees and a black cold brewinstead. What absolutely freaked me out the most the manager literally stood leaning in a corner on their phone and did even tryto do a single thing but let the crew member help me, I do appreciate the crew member greatly and feel bad they have a mangerthat's basically collecting a check! I go to Tim Hortons every day. I went to this specific Tims today because I was on a different route for work. I choose Tim... Hortons because I favor their products, their efficiency and effectiveness. I have always had such good interactions withemployees, no matter which location I’ve been to. HOWEVER, I was so disappointed in service today. I was interrupted 3 timeswhile making a short order (Two donuts, a sausage breakfast wrap, and one extra large 3x3 dark roast with one shot of espressoon the side). I order the SAME thing every day. I was interrupted 3 times while giving my order. The guy totaled up my orderthree times..... when I asked for sauce on my breakfast wrap he said, “I don’t know which one you be goin to, but we don’tdo sauce on those wraps”........ then when I was retrieving my order I asked for my shot of espresso and the girl told me itwas in the coffee... I politely stated that I wanted the shot on the side. She stuck her hand out the ordering window motioningwith her hand to give her my coffee. I reiterated that I want the coffee on the side not in my coffee and she said I would haveto give her back the coffee I already had in my car (I already took a drink out of it). When I refused to give her the coffee Ialready drank from she refused to give me my shot of espresso. I’m so blown away by the attitude I was given while I wasplacing my order, and then again when all I wanted was my order corrected. I have never ever had to deal with such audacity fromanyone at a Tim Hortons. I will not be back there (they likely won’t care) and I want everyone to know my experience so as toavoid the same situation. All I wanted was my morning order from Tim’s to enjoy while I was on my way to work... But Iabsolutely will be reporting this to corporate. Read more
Coffee was great, employee working the register was pleasant and efficient. My bagel was toasted but plain, asked for cream... cheese but, things happen! Overall, good experience. Read more
I usually am very satisfied with this store, my food is always right never a problem, staff is friendly. Today I ordered through... the app, my usual a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a honey dip donut. When I went to go eat my bagel I noticed the creamcheese was clumpy looked almost like cottage cheese. I work fast food so I understand rude customers and how sometimes orderscan be wrong. I simply asked for a different bagel but they told me that they would all be the same and that a normal bagel withcream cheese looks like that. I come at least three times a week and never has my bagel looked like that. Extremely disappointedand will not be returning. Read more
Was pretty angry at me for walking up. Illegal to pull trailer through. Long trip. I neeeeeed my Tim’s! Talk to your people.... They should be nice and understanding when they are the ones that locked the door early. Just sayin. Read more
This is a surprisingly clean store for its location, so props to the crew (at least the morning and afternoon crew) for that.... Obviously the big reason to come here are donuts, muffins, bagels, and iced caps. However, Tim Hortons also has a perfunctorylunch menu with some basic items. However, at the end of the day, it's a good breakfast and lunch spot (or dinner, in a pinch).I'm surprisingly fond of the chili, even if it's not super high quality chili. Anyway, this is a good Tim Hortons. The locationis easy enough to get to as well. Read more
