After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I?ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer... service and bad management. And even thought this location has been better than most it was still in need of a little help. Thelast few weeks I?ve noticed tremendous improvements with the store. The staff seems happier and more proficient. My food hasbeen correct and the first time, the wait time has dramatically change for the better. The new manager Kyle has done a fantasticjob changing the atmosphere at the store in his short time as manager. Good job Kyle and Tim Hortons staff, I?m glad we have agood Tim Hortons in the Reynoldsburg area again. Read more

I stopped at this location twice while in Columbus. The first time the service was fine. The second time I went was in the... morning. They opened late. It was after 8 am. I ordered 3 breakfast meals and never received my hashbrown sticks. I also neverreceived a receipt to see if I was charged for them. Also there wasnt any donuts made. This location only has 2 booths that weretaken up by one person in each booth. I suggest that this location puts up signs booths are for 2 or more people during peaktimes. It makes it difficult when families have to sit separate. Also be aware there are no restrooms at this location. Read more

Absolute worst fast food experience I've ever had. Waited an entire hour for our drinks and finally had to leave without them... because the employee making them was so rude and moving so slowly that it must have been intentional. There were so many ordersup on the screen that hadn't been made or bumped that they couldn't even find ours. We watched her get into an argument with acustomer who had been waiting even longer than we had, and another customer had been sitting for half an hour for a lemonade, atleast 10 people walked out without their orders before we decided to. I understand it was a busy day, but the lack ofprofessionalism was absolutely unacceptable. An absolute waste of money and time. Read more

Tried to call ahead to place a large order. Their phone was disconnected. I showed up completely expecting to either wait or... not get all 5 dozen I wanted. They had six donuts in the store. Other guests were told they didn't have supplies to make any hotdrinks besides cider and plain coffee. They were out of syrups for lemonade. I ordered four boxes of 40 Timbits. It tooknineteen minutes to pack them up. They were out of 40 boxes, so I received one 40 box and four 20 boxes. The size of the boxdoesn't bother me, but when I pointed out that they shorted me 1/4 of my order the shift manager said, "You can fit 60 in a 40box." Even if that was true, this still would leave me 20 short. The team member who packed my order told the manager shecounted the number on the box. The shift manager said to pack me 20 more Timbits with a tone of disgust because I clearly waswrong. After 35 minutes in the store, I walked out with 20 less Timbits than I should have had. Girl behind the counter was very rude and took forever taking our order, and then they promptly messed it up. My friend asked... for cheddar on her sandwich instead of american and they even repeated it back and then made it with american anyway, and mypumpkin spice muffin was a doughnut so we had to go back in. Also, after waiting more than 10 minutes for our food and drinksthey tell us that they're out of milk, at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Any of this may have been forgivable if they were busy, butthey weren't. Read more

This place is great!! We ordered our food. The staff was very patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted. It was my... first time eating inside. But she was friendly and helpful. She fixed our meals and made our drinks. She was a great person tobe working for them. And she offered us desserts. We picked some out and she bagged them so they would survive the bus ridehome. This is absolutely the worst place to go get something today. The employees all seem to have very little to no experience with... their jobs. And none of them have been educated at all about their menu items, and are completely ignorant on how to make any ofthe sandwiches & other food items. Then they get very rude & upset toward you when you let them know your order is made wrong. Ifeel they need to fire every employee there, and put people in there that work there because they enjoy their job and aregrateful for being able to work for that establishment. Read more

Thee older lady named Linda is beyond rude. Second time she's messed up my simple coffee order and each time she acted like it... was my fault. Usually this place is packed seeing how it is downtown they usually do their best but always seem short on help. Igo almost everyday and have decent service, but I feel like the past month the service is declining. Read more
