My Mac and cheese on hotdog was sour and the smell was horrible (clearly gone bad and nowhere near fresh), hotdogs were... undercooked as were tots, food in general was gross and sloppy. Fearing food poisoning from what I tried to eat. Don?t do it.Worst money I have ever spent. Read more
It?s just hot dogs , how do they manage to mess up hot dogs?! The food was lazily thrown together, tots were old and cold, the... funny cake fries are just regular French fries with sweet icing. So I tried ordering some Tommy Dogs on DoorDash. When I tried to add the vegan dog, it doubled the price (was only a 75 cent... modification). I decided to head up there?it was a nice evening. Google is telling me that I arrived, but I can?t find it. Iwalk into the corner store, and they said it is actually inside Big Mamma?s Burritos. He says people come over all the time andwould wish they would have a bigger sign. I walk in and want to place an order. After some confusion from the staff they told methe only way to order Tommy Dogs is online. Never mind they have a Tommy Dogs menu on the counter and a register?But I digress.I went on Grubhub since Doordash was acting up, and while in the restaurant I had the app find my location to quickly pull upTommy Dogs and I placed my order. About 15 minutes later, one of the staff what was the name of my order. About a minute ladyanother lady comes from the back (who side note was yapping about not getting a break for the rest of the night), and tells methat my order may be at another Tommy Dogs location (?) Sure enough despite me being in the restaurant, Grubhub said the otherTommy Dogs that was 10 minutes away was the closest restaurant nearby. As you can imagine I?m starting to boil more so because Ialready paid for this food, and would have abandoned ship after hearing that. Will never order from here again. I got the pretzel bites and tots and queso. The pretzel bites were burned and the tots were... undercooked and fell apart when picking them up. I also ordered the loaded dog (tots, cheddar cheese, sour cream and bacon bits)there wasn't cheese on it and the bacon bites were burned. For dessert we got funnel fries, which were also burned. Omg! I just had the best decked out vegetarian hotdogs I've ever eaten in my life! See you all soon! ???? Update: Every other... order is just so inconsistent. We learned that the view we have when ordering isn't the view they have on their end when it'sreceived, so things get left out. The best results are ordering in person and having them correct it immediately when it comesout. They said they would start marking which is the vegetarian dog after a recent order was swapped with beef dogs. No onewants to remove toppings on someone else's potential order to verify which is which. The funnel fries aren't tasty when theyhave to be delivered.
