Likely the rudest person I?ve ever spoken to in the service industry. After waiting about 15 minutes in the line of cars, I was... rushed by the employee when ordering. He was very impatient. When I reached the window he announced the total I owed. I held mycard out and he complained I was holding it too low. Understanding he was trying to irritate me more I just looked at him andmaintained composure. I held my card higher and he took it. When returning my card to me he held it as far away from me aspossible out of spite. I asked him if he was serious and he told me that I was rude and he was returning the favor. I told himthat a little respect goes a long way and he closed the window in my face. He returned minutes later to practically throw thefood in my hands. As long as this store hires people like this, I will not be dining at Wendy?s, and for anyone who took thetime to read this, I recommend a different place to eat. Read more

My wife and I recently stopped in for lunch. When we walked in side there were no other customers at the counter. We stood at... the counter a couple of minutes to place our order. But no staff was there to take it. My wife decided to use the restroom and Iwaited at the counter. When she returned she asked me if i put our order in and I told her that I had not been waited on yet.There were thee people in the back that looked at us but no one approached the counter. Then I decided to use the restroom andmy wife waited at the counter. We were still the only people in the lobby. When I returned from the restroom they still had nottaken our order. The staff in the back were visibly arguing about something. After nearly begging them to the counter finallythe person that was making french fries approached us begrudgingly and in an annoyed manner asked us what we wanted. SORRY IF WEOFFENDED YOU ALL...We ordered two burgers nothing special. After waiting so long at the counter. We had to get on the road sowe decided to get the order to go. After waiting another 5-10 minutes we finally got our food and left. The burgers were notvery warm and but were OK. There were no napkins in the bag... WOW I don't think we have ever had a bad experience at a Wendy'sbut this Wendy's is awful and the employees need an attitude adjustment or a new manager. Will not be returning here and if thisis the new normal at Wendy's there are other places to get burgers. Read more

Waited 15 mins in a parking spot for my Food, and ended up going through the drive through again to find out they forgot I was... even there, all while everyone is just buried in their phones, and to top it off, the order wasn?t even correct?. This used tobe a good Wendy?s but it?s gone down hill big time! BTW, making people pull in parking spots to wait on food is just cheatingyour drive though times? Read more

Very poor services, took 40 minutes couldn't make one burger order right. They missed order and not provided receipt, and didn't... made order right. The lady who looks like a manager complaining about "freaking " lots costumers with bad attitude. Most kidswork during lunch time nice but looks like don't know how to work or work together. No leadership.Need more training. Nohospitality at all. This location survived only because the location is good. Wendy's need better reputation, no matter "fresh"or not, cold food and poor services not bring customers back. Read more

I'm not quite sure if it is a management thing but sometimes this Wendy is understaffed and that's not good. On July 4th they... only had one person in the back running drive through and cooking the food in the morning. I truly understand that it is not themember's fault but rather of management of this establishment. Also another thing is that their drink machine was broken andwarm and no one really cared. There is also a sweet lady that works at the register, hope she is alright. Read more

Like a lot of fast food places these days, they are terribly understaffed, and the existing staff is overwhelmed. This is a... large Wendy's with a double drive through, which was not moving at all. After sitting in a line, which didn't move for over 7minutes, we pulled out of the line and went inside. There were literally only three employees. They were scrambling to takeorders, cook food, and handle delivery drivers. The employees were visibly frustrated but very apologetic and did their best inan almost impossible situation. It took us literally 30 minutes to get our food because they were so overwhelmed. Read more

Dang! This Wendy?s used to be so good and fresh. They are understaffed and the food is coming incorrect, cold, and gross. So sad... this Wendy?s used to be my favorite location. Hope you make a come back and get it together. Ordered 6 piece nuggets onlyreceived 4 and a burnt crumb. Chicken sandwich tastes like old nasty oil. Chicken was cold, hard, and rubbery. Fries were cookedobviously in the same old dirty oil! Taste awful! Yuck! Beware they need some help here. :( Read more
