I understand that, since COVID, many places have experienced worker shortages. This is not an excuse in this case. This is a... matter of unprofessional behavior. The wait times are beyond excessive. The one time I actually waited and made it up front, theworkers were having sidebar conversations in the midst of telling people to "wait one sec" when at the speaker. NeighboringWendy's (such as the one on Main St. near Rosehill Drive) do not have this issue. Also, the logistics and supply management ishorrible here, as this location is always out of essential items that other locations have. Its embarrassingly awful. Read more

Visited during a lunch rush and the drive through was a bit slow, but got my food pretty quick inside. Please keep in mind this... location does have a staffing shortage at this time so I thought the service was pretty good. Read more

Worst Wendy's experience I've ever been to. you can't even go inside and order or sit down because they don't have enough staff.... The drive-thru takes about 15 minutes per car, multiply that by the cars in front of you and that's how long your weight's goingto be. Not only do they not have enough workers to staff the inside but they don't have enough to staff the drive-thru and theones that are there are just screwing around every time you pull up to the window. please take everyone else's advice in theother reviews and drive to any other Wendy's. even if it's 20 minutes away you probably will get your food quicker and it won'tbe cold when they hand you the bag. Went here today 10/17/22 , was kinda busy , not too bad tho. Got up to the speaker & was told to give them a second. I?ve worked... fast food so I know the struggle I said ?no problem, take ur time ? when the lady was ready , I ordered my food. My total was14.65 & I gave the dude 15.75 .. meaning my change would be $1.10.. right ? Well obviously he either can?t count and didn?t putit in right or just can?t read .. but whatever I?m not tripping over $1.10 .. I get my food and pull up a little bit so they canattend to other customers . My sandwich wasn?t in the bag , the food that was in the bad was cold & they didn?t give me thesauce asked for my nuggets . So I had to go wait in line again .. I was in the line for over 30 mins .. pulled up to the speaker& explain to the same lady who took my order , that they forgot my food and since I was waiting in line for over 30 mins I justwanted the rest of my food remade. She said they couldn?t without the receipt.. which was never handed to me as well with mychange .. they ended up making my food & I checked before leaving the window this time .. food was still cold , burger was burntso bad I couldn?t even eat it all the way , nuggets wasn?t even cooked & they still didn?t put the sauce in the bag. I waslooking at the dude in the window and he looked at me , rolled his eyes & walked away .. so I beeped my horn and waiting for thelittle girl to come over & I asked for my sauce.. literally have problems every time I come here .. won?t be coming here again. Horrible drive thru experience. I waited in line behind 2 cars for nearly 10 minutes. Then, when I got to the speaker, nobody... spoke or responded to me speaking. During this time, I was cut off by a car who decided to just bypass the drive-thru line andenter the gap that had been created by the unresponsive employee. This location was actively serving, too. Because they werehanding food to the cars in front of me. We left and went to another location. Please fix your franchise. Read more

This location is literally a joke. Today I went through and of course they didn?t have any baked potatoes, they never do. I went... 5+ times to get my pregnant girlfriend one and every time they are out. I ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger and when I got tothe window and received my bag, I checked the bag to confirm everything was in it and the junior bacon cheeseburger was not. Iasked for the receipt and it was on there. I politely asked if she could just ring one up and I will pay for it, assuming shejust didn?t hear me when I ordered it. No big deal right? Well the worker explains that she is not allowed to add on things atthe window because they are short staffed. I said I understand but I ordered it back at the speaker and it was missed by theemployee so I?m just asking for something I had already ordered, not trying to add anything additional. She refused, I asked forthe manager and the manager just kept repeating the same thing saying they are understaffed and not allowed to ring anythingelse up. Explaining that I had to go all the way back through the line just to order a cheeseburger that I had alreadyordered... my mind was literally blown and I was really frustrated. The amount of time that we had went back-and-forth talkingabout it she could have taken my dang money and gave me my food. A complete joke. Read more

This is the worst Wendy's location that I have been to. Workers there do not care whatsoever. After waiting in line for 30... minutes. I hadn't moved an inch. Mind you, I was THIRD in line. When I was finally able order the food, I get up to the window,and two guys are just in there just joking and horsing around. I've been to countless locations, ranging from here to Tampa,Florida, all the way out to Willard, Missouri. NOT A SINGLE ONE IS NEARLY AS BAD AS THIS ONE. I will NEVER go to this locationagain. I know me, individually, will not make an impact. This is just a warning for anyone that reads this. Read more

During my lunch break I parked behind Wendy's to order on the mobile app and chose the pickup inside option so I could use the... restroom and wash my hands upon picking up my order. I immediately walked up to the door after putting my mobile order in.Unfortunately the doors were locked. The line of cars for drive thru was wrapped around the building. It took an hour to getthrough the line just for me to be handed not only just half of my order but the food was ice cold. The ice was melted in thedrink (I didn't get a straw for the dirt coke or a spoon for the frosty) no napkins and missing a kids meal. I drove back towendys but this time pulling straight up to the window (they were only waiting on 1 car at a time) so there was room to do thatwith no issues. The gentleman opened the window when he saw me and forced the kids meal at me. I said hold on sir, this food isice cold. I understand that your understaffed or whatever but I can't eat this. It feels like it's been sitting in therefrigerator. He walked back to the manager while mumbling something and then comes back saying yea that's because u ordered itan hour ago! (Which basically tells me they made it right when I ordered it). (I thought mobile orders were made once thecustomer arrives and announced their arrival??? But I said , I've been sitting in line for an hour sir. He then said well ucould have called us and we would have brought it out.. Seriously?? How the hell was I supposed to know their able to answer adamn phone but can't take/make orders correctly? I was given hot fries after the argument with this guy but my other food wasnot remade, the pop and frosty wasn't replaced and I never received a straw to drink the pop or a spoon/straw for the frosty.This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with fast food. You definitely lost a customer and I will be sure to put thisreview on Google! Read more
