This is the very worst location to ever put an order at. Because I placed a mobile pick up order here and they still managed to... screw up my spicy chicken sandwiches. I ordered 2 regular spicy chickens and they gave me 1 with mayo and ketchup, and 1 withjust mayo. So when I went back an hour later to get my food fixed they screwed it up and just gave me 2 spicy chickens with justmayo and lettuce because they ran out of sliced tomatoes and refused to go back and slice them which would take them all of 5minutes to do. And the reason why I know they have tomatoes in the back is because my nephew use to work at this very locationand said it's a regular occurrence which hasn't been corrected. Read more

All I got from there was coffee and only one person was in front of me...everyone literally everyone in that restaurant stood... around talking an playing on their phones an everytime we asked to be helped they'd say there's no one working the front rightnow we would have to go through drive thru or order on the kiosk instead of simply walking up an ringing us up...shift changefinally came an she straight clocked in an knocked out the entire lines order in minutes it's ridiculous the type of ppl theyhire there! Look at this bacon cheeseburger and compare it to the one I posted a couple weeks ago of the burger I ate at Five Guys in... Delaware. This is MUCH better at about half the price! Don't waste your money on Five Guys, I never will again! Read more

Food tasted like it had been sitting a long time, order was incorrectly made and location was filthy. This used to be my... favorite Wendy's in all of Columbus. Not only are the meals practically $10 but to get a stale $10 meal is ridiculous. I hopethe owner and managers can reign in their employees and remind them they're making food, not music videos. One girl with longbrown hair and glasses looked to be overwhelmed trying to make all of the orders while 5 other employees stood around makingjokes. Read more
Stopped in the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Had to go back and return it. The egg was... raw,white was runny and what little pieces of bacon I had they were burnt. They replaced it without an issue. Read more
