I don't go to this wendys very often but it was the nearest one to me at the time. I went there about 7 o'clock on Monday,... August 29th, 2022. I ordered some food and tried to order the frostyccino but they didn't have it so I thought no big deal, Ijust got a coffee and a frosty, and decided to mix it together myself in a cup when I got home. Maybe it was a fluke or a onetime deal, but regardless, it was gross. I took a drink and felt something in my mouth. I thought, probably just some coffeegrounds or something, I'll just spit it out. I spat and looked and it was a fly that had been in my drink! I called the storeand the lady who answered the phone was very professional. She apologized and offered to "owe me one" next time I came. All my burgers were cold. Cheese wasn't even melting. It was just easier to put in the microwave. Not hot or fresh, just... pitiful. Read more
They never have their lobby open. I made a mobile order, because I only have 30 mins for my lunch and I still had to wait in... the drive thru line to pick up my food. Which was super inconvenient and didn?t make any sense being that is why I placed amobile order so I wouldn?t have to wait just pick it up. Read more
They need to hand the customer the receipt, some of us have to use our receipts for work.. They should not put it under our food... or on top of it, or any other paper( Wendy's advertisement, hand it to us) The potatoes were lacking, could of been better..the bathrooms need toilet paper.. Read more
Out of all the Wendy's close to me in Columbus, this is my favorite! Every worker I have experienced has been great! They all... have great personalities and produce good moods. My order is always correct and I'm not sitting in the drive thru for half anhour waiting. It's always quick and convenient for me at this location! Read more
Ordered through the app. Chose some frostys instead of drinks but the frosty machine was down which wasnt a big deal since it... was 11pm. The fries however were nasty. They were not crispy and hot like all the billboards advertise. Upgraded to a large fryand when I pull it out of the bag the fries barely cover the front portion of the fry holder. Which now that I think about itwas a good thing bc I threw them all out anyway so less product to waste. The sandwiches were good and well prepared and thestaff was friendly and helpful. Swapped out the small frostys for some medium drinks instead which was nice of them. Justdisappointed when I went there vs McDonald's because I was really craving some Wendy's fries and kept seeing the ads for hotfresh fries and that's not what I received. Been to other Wendy's at around the same time and havent had any issues. Read more
Terrible service even for Ghetto Ohio Standards. Went in to eat lunch while waiting for the car at the shop. Ordered, food took... forever and only got half of my order. Had to wait in line again, got some of what I was missing, had to remind them and waitsome more. Then I fi ally got my burgers, and the lettuce, tomato, and bacon aren't on the blt.... had to go up and wait in lineagain, waited forever and finally got it. The whole time like 10 people are "working" yelling rap music and swearing, messingup every simple order. Could teach monkeys to do a better job. Read more
