I will say this and leave it at that . They do not listen to you at all I've been going here for so long and I have to say... absolutely horrible communication and just as bad as far as food they do not care about your meal that you paid for by the way .I would not recommend this wendys at all mcdonalds is across the street were they actually listen to you and get it right idc ifit's mcdonalds it's a better choice for your money ???? Worst wendys I've been to in a long time. Had to repeat my order several times bc the person taking my order was talking to... someone else, 20 minutes to serve 4 cars ahead of me. Staff through the window appeared like they were dirty druggies with badattitude. Neither the person at the first window who took my payment or the person who handed me my food after way too long ofwaiting said anything to me. This is the first time I've been to this location, and the only one I will be going to for the foreseeable future. The other... Hilliard locations are incredibly slow and always mess up multiple things in the order. We ordered for 7 people and they had itright and fast and it was very appreciated. Read more
The fries were cold. I found a hair in between my tomato and lettuce. I tried to call the store several times but no answer so... I left a message. This was a week ago and still no call back.
