I was excited to try this place out as it was billed as a more special ?flagship? location. After a couple of visits, the... quality of this location has proved to be very spotty. Waited roughly half an hour before they realized they skipped my orderand had to ask me what it was so they could finally make it. I like Wendy?s as a whole but this location obviously has staffingissues. There are better lunch options on High street. Read more

The older staff give good service, but the younger staff will ignore you in line until it is convenient for them. Stood in line... for almost 10 minutes before someone even spoke to me. Read more
I wish I could leave a zero. I ordered using the app only to arrive to pick up my food and the doors were locked. No sign on the... doors how to pick up my order. I called the restaurant to try to find out how to get my food and they didn?t answer the firsttwo times I called. As I was leaving I saw there was no car at the drive through window (which was backed up about 10 cars) andasked them to cancel my order. They told me to get in the back of the drive through line, but I was already running behind toget to an appointment. I called them again to cancel my order and they finally answered, but charged me anyways. I will NEVER gothere again and am likely to never go to a Wendys again (I filled out an online complaint several weeks ago and never heardback) Read more
Terrible. Slow. Inaccurate. You would think being on a college campus they would schedule/hire more people, but no. They take... forever to come out with your food and then there?s the issue of them not even getting it right half the time. UndercookedPattie?s as well, still translucent.
